Located steps from the ocean, in the heart of Anna Maria Island, this condo has everything you want from a Florida getaway: spectacular Gulf views, a beautiful beach just steps away, a heated swimming pool, on-site parking, and sunny, elegantly furnished rooms.

Located on the second floor, this condo offers views of the beach and bay beyond. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sweet balcony while you breathe in the salty air. Inside, the spacious living room is flooded with natural light from the large windows. It also offers stylish yet comfortable furnishings, including an inviting sleeper sofa (children welcome!). With the large-screen TV, the living room is the perfect place to settle in for a relaxing day in or a movie night with friends!

Sampling the local cuisine at each of the Anna Maria Island's many fine eating establishments may be on your to-do list, but just in case you feel like an evening in, you can prepare a full meal, warm up leftovers, or mix up a cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are as thoughtfully furnished as the rest of this condo, with welcoming beds - a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twin-size beds in the second bedroom, large flat screen TVs, and plenty of space for your belongings. Two bathrooms makes mornings less hectic—no waiting in line to take a shower in the morning! Fresh towels and bedding will be waiting for you.

With the beach basically at your doorstep, you'll have ample opportunity for enjoying the Gulf's warm waters, excellent shelling, incredible sunsets, and varied marine life. Not far away, you'll find plenty of restaurants and a wide range of shops.

Need a break from the beach? Take advantage of the heated swimming pool! After your swim, you can stretch out on one of the many poolside loungers and revel in the rustling palm trees overhead. This condo has an outdoor grill as well - perfect for barbecuing your fresh catch of the day!

Everything was great for our trip and the location was perfect! We had everything we needed, and if not there were plenty of close by stores! There was a tiny issue with ants in the kitchen but there was a spray under the sink that helped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect beach stay!

The location was perfect! Just across from the beach and trolley access. Loved that they provided chairs, wagon and umbrellas for the beach as well as plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed.

Great location you can see the ocean from your balcony just a 3 minute walk and your sitting on the beach, The place was clean with plenty of extra towels for everyone.The pool was clean and perfect after a day on the beach, Plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Stayed here for a week and was very convenient. Right across the street from the beach and not too far from the supermarket and other amenities. The place was very clean and well decorated. Quiet would highly recommend

Great experience renting at Seagrass Flats! Condo was very nice and clean. Location was conveniently across from the beach. I would consider renting here again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

Great stay, great location, very clean, easy access to beach across the street, beach chairs and umbrella available if needed. Only recommendation is a new bed mattress in main bedroom. Will reserve again if coming back to the area.

Great getaway

Had a girl's weekend getaway, location was perfect! Close to the beach, nice pool, near to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Condo was exactly as pictured, was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the beach items we needed too! Perfect place at a reasonable price.

Great place for our short trip

Our family stayed here for a few days at the end of May. Wonderful place. Close to the beach which was not crowded at all. Pool is small but we didn’t spend much time there since the beach was just across the street. Highly recommend.
