Beach Place 110 is a Beach Front Condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico located in Madeira Beach, Florida. This condo has a large dining and living room area that opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and gulf is spectacular. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. The Livingroom has a flat screen TV, Couch and Love Seat. The master bedroom has 1 King bed and a TV. The master bathroom has a shower with a tub. The guest bathroom has a shower with a tub as well. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queens with a TV and a walk-in closet that leads to the guest bath. In the 3rd bedroom is one Queen bed with a TV as well.

Enjoyable short stay

Stay was good, nice area and beach was nice. Furnitures can do with some updates but overall it was enjoyable.

Place was not clean mirrors sliders floors and kitchen cabinets were Not Clean!! If your water bill has been higher it’s because the front bath runs and drips constantly. But our visit was enjoyable for us and we appreciate you letting us tell you about our visit ! Another thing there are no glasses in you cabinets! Thank You!

Mostly good, needs maintenance

Property was good just needs some maintenance. Washer door is dented and doesn’t work properly, shower leaks, toilet continued to run(informed manager) the handy man said he would be back and never returned. Lamps broken and taped back together. Tvs in two of the rooms didn’t work. Hole in wall patched but not painted.

Great location

We enjoyed the condo and the large space it provided. We love the location. Close to grocery and Dollar Tree. We did purchase Toilet paper, kitchen size trash bags, laundry & hand soap (inexpensive items that would be nice to include instead of the 1oz. hotel/sample toiletries). Overall is a nice place that we’d stay again.

Perfect Condo

Condo was quiet and perfect for our family and our local family visitors. Lots of seating/Had extreme space/closets were huge for luggage. Had everything we needed in kitchen. Felt safe with access codes. Great beach view and close to John’s Pass with lots to do close by. Elevator was slow but still great for luggage and available carts/ there were steps as well. Pool view was great and enjoyed that as well. Maintenance was also handled fast!

View was exactly As stated on listing. Layout of condo was good Beds were not comfortable floors needed additional cleaning. A/c worked great would recommend staying but owner may need different cleaning company

Beach Place

Convenient location on the beach. The condo was dirty and not cleaned well at all. Food and sand behind the couch and in couch cushions. Bathroom vents were filthy. Baseboards were dirty and dusty and have not been cleaned in a long time. Kitchen cabinets were greasy. The top of the refrigerator was dusty and had not been cleaned in a while. The bathtub had hair, mold and mildew. Missing light bulbs in bathroom. Chandelier is loose and falling apart. 3 out of 5 remotes are missing batteries. Broken lamp in primary bedroom has been taped back together with packing tape.

Great view - comfort

We had a great time. We cooked in the unit ample pots and pans. Draws in fridge need to be replaced, it makes plenty of ice and kept all our items cold. Double beds in bedroom near the front door are a bit lumpy and make lots of noise when you turn. Front bedroom with porch access was very comfortable. It was very hard to have to leave and go home. Thank you, we will be back.

We have stayed at this location before. This particular room was just as we expected. There were a few hiccups. One of the beds had no top sheet. and it was very lumpy. Kitchen pans do need some replacements and were really not clean. But other than that we can get passed it. Always a pleasure staying at this location and the host made sure our request were met.

Great area, not so great unit

The unit was not very well equipped for a larger family to stay in. There was a lot of dirt on the baseboards, it just didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well recently. Both bathrooms only had clear shower curtains, therefore if someone needed to use the restroom while someone was taking a shower, they could not. The Internet went out in the middle of the week which was needed for tewo visitors to work. A call was placed to the office, but no one ever addressed the issue. Beds were not very comfortable. The Madeira Beach area was beautiful. The building was nice and the proximity to John’s pass was very convenient. We have stayed in this area for nearly 20 years and in this building multiple times. We will be back to Madeira Beach, but this will not be a unit that we rent again.

Disappointing

The condo isn’t being kept up like it should. We stayed in another condo same floor in September 2022 and it was so much more maintained and clean. I spent my first 3 hours cleaning. The dishes were filthy. The floors were not swept. Broken door in kitchen- hole in the door in the master bedroom- no towel rack in 2nd bathroom- mold on shower head (which we fixed). - awful patch job on wall in hallway- Bed frames were not attached- they were in the closet- missing smoke detector- broken bends in the refrigerator. Just disappointing with the amount of money we spent and I know more effort could have been made to fix and clean.

Called after being told to call upon arrival, told not to do that. 5 minutes later condo notification came via text. Asked about 2nd parking pass 3 times with communication immediately after reservation 1 week prior to stay and on arrival. Was told it would placed under the door Monday am, never received it. Door handle broken on patio door reported on arrival never repaired. Floors dirty bought a swiffer jet and cleaned them on arrival. Pair of sandals with sand still on them in one walk-in closet. Door to front suite mirror door closet doesn’t work also reported. The entire condo was just overall not clean. Curtain rod to patio door fell down. For the price the worst condo we have ever rented on Madeira beach in twenty years. Communication was not great unable to reach a person during business hours.

Dirtiest Condo Ever

I would give Johns Pass Condos of Madeira Beach Florida zero stars if I could. In my opinion, Beach Place condo 110 was the dirtiest condo I have ever stay at in my life. I found that the majority of the sheets on multiple beds had reddish/orange stains and black stains on them. I took off the sheets and then found reddish/orange stains on the mattresses as well. I also found stains on the walls of the rooms and on the furniture like the sofa in the living room. I try to contact Johns Pass Condos before we even stay our first night but received zero replies or help the first night. Unable to sleep in the dirty beds I had to book another hotel room at a different hotel. The next day I spoke to them on the phone and they were rude and blunt and said they had housekeeping checking out the room but did not apologize or express any empathy about the fact I had to paid for another hotel room. They bluntly asked if I was going to stay or not and I said no because everything from the floor to the sheets to the mattress and walls were dirty. I asked about a refund because I was not going to be staying during my whole reservation and they said I had to speak to a manager and he would call Monday. Monday came and I never received a phone call. I called their office Monday and was transfer to the managers voicemail. I called again a couple hours later to see if there was an update and was told they could only transfer me again to their voicemail. Will not call me back.

The location, view and pool were amazing. The condo needs a good clean. The beds are terrible. The bedspreads felt dirty, we removed them from the beds. The floor was very dirty. I wiped the counters and tables off. before i let the kids touch them. no broom available to sweep up beach sand. Remotes without batteries, burnt out lightbulbs. Management unresponsive to simple requests. Wifi worthless, cable tv appears to be shut off.

Would suggest a few updates. Need new spatulas, and pots and pans. Internet was horrible! Location was perfect for what we were looking for. Loved the cabana rental directly in front of rental. Would stay again. Thank you.
