Family Getaway

We scheduled our four generation family getaway and stayed at this beautiful home. It was not only perfect size for our group of 16 but it was well kept, and had great space for everyone to enjoy time alone as well as group time (game night, movie night, etc.). The property management was available via text whenever we had questions and were friendly and helpful. WE loved it and highly recommend for any family looking for a safe community.

Amazing house!!

Very comfy, game room is so nice but super hot because we couldn’t turn on the unit air, and the house is great with high ceilings and many rooms. The kids love the pool and the spacious atmosphere. The kitchen is also very nice. We will be definitely back when we have a chance to visIt Orlando again.

Fun Stay

The house looked just like the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend bringing some garbage bags and dishwashing detergent. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The traffic getting to the parks wasn’t fun but it was overall a good location. Thanks for sharing your home with us! It was ok

Had roaches in the kitchen at night and air conditioner in the theatre room was down the whole weekend. Also the beds was hard as heck to sleep on for a week and couldn't wait to get home

Rest assured, our pest control team has let us know this has been resolved fully! Unfortunately, Florida's weather can be inviting for these unwanted visitors, so we ask that our guests refrain from leaving food out, and keep doors/windows closed as much as possible. Our team provides prompt responses for any unexpected issues that might come up and we are always prepared to quickly resolve any concerns! Unfortunately we were not informed of an issue with the air conditioning or beds during your stay. Please be advised we send out multiple messages throughout our guests' stays to ensure everything is going well, and to encourage our guests to reach out if they need assistance. While we did not hear about those concerns during your stay, thankfully our team has confirmed that the AC unit is operational! We will provide your feedback to the homeowner regarding these beds - thanks for sharing your experience! We always strive to provide our guests with a 5-star experience, if you have any questions please let us know.

Spacious Home

We loved the home and how close it was to the parks. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. It could use some touching up (wear and tear on walls, better pool furniture, throws/blankets in living room , harsh lightning in main living areas) but overall we were pleased. The reason I gave a 3 star on the neighborhood is because 4 out of the 9 nights, there were very loud parties. After one party lasted 3 nights, I called security and was told they were allowed to do that until 10 pm. It’s unfortunate because we couldn’t even sit outside due to the noise level. Hard to control I know, but thought I should share because homes are very close together.

We are disappointed to learn that you experienced some issues with wear and tear, lighting, and noise complaints from the neighbors. This is not the common experience we hear from our guests. But we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you faced. We take noise complaint issues seriously and we are very sorry to hear that you did not feel that you could sit outside due to the noise. We unfortunately do not manage the neighboring homes, so we do not have a way to contact the guests directly, but the resort does inform all management that this is a family friendly community and parties/events are strictly prohibited. BSV1810 -Fabulous House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Heated pool and spa were great and we were able to seat ten of us around the dining table.We were short of hangers and towels but BSV immediately provided them at our request.It would have been more convenient if there were hooks on the backs of doors and in the shower cubicles. Also the fixed showerheads should have been movable rather than fixed to accommodate people's different heights.Clothes airies would be useful to dry laundered garments that are not suitable for tumble dryingOverall we had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

Orlando 2022

My rental was amazing. The home was spacious which made for easy communication for my 14 person group. The kitchen opened to the living room/dining room to the pool area. The game room was only steps away. The club house was a short walk away and you must go there . A couple pools, exercise room, resturant and bar. Great staff at clubhouse. Speaking of staff, Rachel and her coworkers went above the call of duty to get me an early check in and direct us on some hi tech things in the home. A couple of small problems in the home like a buckling of the floor in the master suite and a game in the game room but I would stay there again. Oh by the way, 10 minutes to Disney 35 minutes to Universal Studios.

Great Family House

The house is great for a large family. We had 14 people ranging in age from 1 to 92 and everyone was very comfortable. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and we also enjoyed the splash park. Management was very responsive when, due to the heavy rains we had ants. I texted them in the morning and the exterminator was there by noon and took care of the problem. If you have a lot of people I recommend bringing extra towels. We did wash several times. They only provided 2 dish towels which really isn’t enough for a large group. There are also no mats by the slider or door to the pool. With tile floors it woykd be safer. But overall, we would definitely recommend this house and this management team.

Enjoyable

This property is in a great location and the resort is really nice and has great amenities. I would stay here again. The instructions for the stay and departure were clear and easily understood. I think the managing company providing starter amenities like, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a roll of paper towels, and a few garbage bags, is more than ample supply. TRAVELERS SHOULD PROVIDE FOR THER OWN NEEDS! We had enough for our stay, but there were only 6 adults. Just know if you are travelling with a large number of people, you've got to make a Walmart run. It is standard to purchase additional items. Also, we did not purchase heat for the pool, but the water was nice and not too cold. The neighborhood is also quiet in the evenings, which was awesome. The most we heard was a few children enjoying the pool, but even that was not intrusive. There was plenty of space for this all-adult trip. Just a note for those travelling with children, the game room isn't the best. There is a foosball table, but the basketball game did not have any power. You may want to consider a house with a better equipped game room. However, the wall screen and projector are perfect for pulling up karaoke tracks on YouTube. One other drawback, one of the queen rooms did not have a tv, so one of the ladies travelling with the group, slept in a kid's room in order to have access to a television; each adult room should have a tv.
