Enjoy this beautiful pet-friendly Gulf Front property on the Gulf of Mexico. The property enjoys perfect views and a large deck for enjoying the gulf breeze. Be close to your fellow guests in the water without having to leave the comfort of the deck. The property has tremendous natural lighting and modern appliances. The open floor space on the gulf side puts in you touch with the beach while hanging out inside the house. #marisolhouse

Please note:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet friendly with prior permission, 2-dog maximum limit. Only dogs approved by insurance policy. $100 per dog per stay pet fee.

The house was perfect for our family! Our friends stayed next door as well. We had a great time, loved being right on the beach, we will be back next year!

Beautiful setting and great beach access. Four years ago we stayed and everything was perfect. Several areas needed repairs and the rental company addressed the issues.

Awesome house, also location. The house was very good. It was a very nice beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The only drawback is the house could stand a very good off-season deep cleaning. I’m not sure if we just hit it at a bad time but it needs a thorough cleaning and also a few repairs. Would likely rebook this house for next year if we go back to Dauphin island.

Great Views

We really enjoyed staying in this home. Perfect location and great view of the ocean all day. The floor plan worked well for the whole family, and the rooms are all a good size. We plan to come back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house on Dauphin Island, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location was unbeatable—situated right on the beach, we enjoyed unobstructed views of the Gulf and easy access to the shoreline.The house was exactly as depicted in the photos: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with coastal charm. The open-concept living area was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease.Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out.Overall, this beach house provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachfront retreat on Dauphin Island and would gladly return in the future.

Great house

Right on the beach, well supplied and organized kitchen supplies, great TVs, great internet, beds were comfortable though wish linens were better quality. Everything worked.

Too many people

The place was great. There was just too many people with houses on the bay side coming over and setting up in front of our house all day. It was really difficult to enjoy the beach.

Cleanliness

Location was beautiful, mostly 5 stars on everything except cleanliness, fans and behind furniture was quite dirty and a roach in the kitchen area, but found it to be because of lack of help.

Enjoyed the house, items need replacing and fixed.

When we arrived the floors still had a light coating of sand. The master bath shower needs replacing, has cracks and mildew. The outside showers and faucets for washing off sand were broken and handles were rusted off and not usable. Loved the covered deck close to the water and great views, inside furniture was great, dishes, glasses and silverware was well stocked and more than what we expected. Washer and dryer were a plus to have access to use. Need to replace fry pans non stick surfaces all worn off. Beds were comfortable. Would rent again for another vacation.

2 week stay at Dauphin Island

The house was great for our family. A little issue with cleanliness when we arrived. This was discussed with management. Loved being right on the beach but dangerous around the water. Apparently there use to be a house right in the water. There were jagged posts sticking out of the water and also like small wooden spikes sticking up. During high tide very difficult to see. I was concerned about a small child falling on a post or running a spike through their foot. This is a shame and really took away from the beach house

Marisol on Dauphin Island

The house was good. The problem was that because of lots of rain, we had to drive thru significant stretches of 12 inch deep water on the roads. When the rain stopped, the water stayed for the most part. When more rain was coming we had to leave early so as to not ruin our car, or get stuck in deep water. At this point no response as to a refund for having to leave 3 days early. I think if we rent property we should be able to safely drive to and from that property without damaging our car. This was not the case on Dauphin island.

A Beautiful Location (And Not Much More)

Our biggest annoyance was the lack of upkeep, the list of amenities that fell short due to inattention by management. 1) Dog Gate: They advertised one, but it was rotten wood was rotten and broken into pieces, wouldn't stand. We used chairs to block the exit, but routinely had to chase our dogs around the property (which annoyed the surrounding guests). 2) The lights on the deck are so dirty (only 2 of 4 work) that they offer ZERO light. So at nighttime, you can't enjoy the balcony unless you sit in pitch darkness. 3) They have NO ADDRESS on the building. I spent an hour at arrival wandering between different homes, trying my door code, which didn't work on any. I called the company (didn't answer until 5th call) who swore there was an address but there isn't. I was at the home they told me to go to, the code wouldn't work, and after rudeness, the management team told me where to find a hidden key. On our 4th night we noticed a stain on the wood work that resembled numbers, which is where the address once was, but now the only way you could tell is by getting super close to the faded wood to see the #s. 4) We found a couple roaches and a lot of the dishes out of the cabinet were filthy, coffee was cooked onto the bottom of the coffee pot. 5) The fridge keeps nothing cold, so despite being beachfront, we had to buy ice and a cooler to keep drinks cold. 6) Instructions were hidden, we didn't find them until our last day, making basic things complicated. I could go....

Great Vacation Spot

Great Location! House was right on the beach which enabled us to see dolphins right from the deck. Our family loved being right on the beach. Unit could use some small updates but didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay. We would come back.
