Soul Surfing II-Home completed in August 2020. Property includes a private beach area located on the bay with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the front porch area. Access to gulf side beach area can be accessed by a short walk across the non busy street. Located in the town of Dauphin Island also known as the Sunset Capital of Alabama. Gorgeous split floor plan with beautiful views of the water from the living/dining/and kitchen areas. Sleeps 13 comfortably. 5 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Fully equipped with many extras including all kitchen appliances, linens, towels, Keurig, and outdoor grill. Bedrooms 2 and 3 include two king sized beds and have private entrance and exits through French doors that open to the spacious back porch. The bedrooms and back porch area have some of the best views of the spectacular sunsets on Dauphin Island. Bedroom 1 includes another king sized bed with a gulf view. Bedroom 4 contains two sets of twin sized bunk beds which are perfect for the kids. Bedroom 5 includes a full and twin sized bunk bed with old school style Pac Man and Marvel Avengers Super Hero arcade games. All bedrooms and living area have Smart TV's. WiFi is included. Home has high chair and playpen for smaller children. Please be advised of the following information prior to placing a Reservation: Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 23. Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. Maximum Occupancy numbers include children and cannot be exceeded at any time. All of our homes are Non-Smoking and Pet Friendly with a paid pet fee.
