Steps from the Beach! Water view from each bedroom! Great for multiple families!

Newer Construction with awesome Gulf Views (house is angled on the lot for the best views of the Gulf). Only steps to the beach! Approximately 1900 sq. ft. of living space. Beautiful "wood plank" tile throughout the house, lots of windows and furnished in a contemporary style. This home has 2 large decks (upper AND lower deck with shower). Home has great amenities like a 60" smart TV and DVD player in the living room. All bedrooms have 40" smart TVs. Dish network and fast fiber internet are provided. Indoor washer and dryer. Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, center island and is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The two Gulf-facing bedrooms both have king beds, private baths and french doors to the deck. There is another king bedroom with a private bath and bay view. The bunk room has two full over full bunksets and is next to the hall bath with a bathtub. The bunks are built strong and will support adults. Family board games and DVD collection provided. BBQ grill too! (just bring your own charcoal)

The house had everything we needed. We loved having en-suite bathrooms and king size beds. We were 3 couples so didn’t need the fourth bedroom, but plenty of room for kids! The house is just steps from the beach and has great views of both the gulf and the back beach. We all hope to come back soon!

My family and I have now visited Dauphin Island for our fourth year and we have stayed at this property for three of the four years. We could not book this location on of the years so we stayed elsewhere, but favor this property. The house is plenty large enough for our whole family and two dogs as well as being literally STEPS from the beach. The host is always very responsive if we have any questions and the property is always well kept and lovely. We will continue to return to this property for as many family vacations as we can.

This house was an absolute gem and the perfect choice for a relaxing beach getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and welcoming the home was.The interior was fantastic. The kitchen was a culinary dream, incredibly large and fully stocked with plenty of cookware, making it easy to prepare meals. The living room was equally great, with lots of comfortable seating for everyone to relax and socialize. All of the bedrooms were a good size, and the beds were wonderfully comfy. The bathrooms were also a highlight—not only were they spotless, but they were also beautifully designed. The entire house felt clean and well-maintained.One of the best features was the huge, shaded front porch. It was an outdoor oasis with tons of seating, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening. The location is truly unbeatable; the walk to the beach was less than two minutes. The beach itself is stunning and very quiet, providing a peaceful escape.We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to book this house again. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Loved the house. Kitchen was big enough for our family and check in was easy. Had a small problem with one of the bedroom doors going out to the deck and couldn’t get the tv to work in the same bedroom, but we worked around them. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week stay at this beach home! We had 11 people total from age 1-60 and we all had a great time. The only thing that we noticed wasn’t a 100% was a little bit of cleanliness. Definitely could tell it was a quick clean and some items are well loved in the house (kitchen utensils, and stained (bleached) bedding). Although we were on island time and none of that really bothered us. Loved that they had a crockpot and two different types of coffee pots. Also so many beach chairs and stuff for the beach! We left all the kid beach toys we purchased for the next families. Would for sure stay here again as the place always stayed cool and offered so much space inside and outside on the huge gated deck!! Loved that it had a gate so my two littles could enjoy the outside without the fear of them trying to climb down the steps. Plenty of stuff to make this place a home and appeared that all left goods were helpful too (example: seasonings, charcoal (we left some too), extra cleaning stuff, soap ( we left some too). If you have a big family I would 100% recommend that this beach home.

Spoiled dog dream trip

We took our older dog along with family for our first trip to the Island. It was fantastic -the house the beach the area. She played in the water napped on the beach and the guys did lots of fishing. The house was very clean and roomy. We can not wait to go back!

Beautiful Property!

House is a 30 second walk onto the actual beach, house is nicely maintained. WiFi was a little spotty but worked just fine. Only real issue is it's on Dish network for TV but it doesn't work but with the view & beach proximity...who's staying in & watching TV? Would absolutely stay there again.

Lovely house on the beach

Our family had a perfect week in this lovely house. Everything was exactly as listed. We especially enjoyed the large gated deck, which was ideal for corralling a toddler and two dogs. This was our first visit to Dauphin Island and it won’t be the last. The beach was uncrowded and we lucked out with beautiful weather everyday. The owners were extremely responsive and took care of every need.

The cream always rises to the top!

This house was absolutely incredible. I’ve been traveling to this area my entire life. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. The house is gorgeous, roomy and has a direct gulf view. We will be returning.

MiMi Spring Break

The house was perfect for my family. Having 3 master bedrooms worked great for my daughters and son-in-law's. The grandkids loved the bunk room. The gate on the front deck was a nice surprise for my 18 month granddaughter. The house is only a few steps from the beach and had wonderful views. I couldn't have rented a better place for our yearly vacation. I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect!

I have been using vrbo every year for 14 years. This has been the best home yet. The layout could not have been better. Kitchen and living area was spacious, all of the mattresses and linen were high quality, the bunk beds were twin size and sturdy for adults. Kitchen was fully stocked. There was even dog food for our dog. Everyone was impressed.

This property is wonderful. This is our second year to stay there and will probably continue to do so. The only thing I can think of that would make this any better if they had an elevator but otherwise it is very comfortable very clean love the view of the water is everything we like so I would recommend it to anyone to stay at his house.

Beautiful house

This house is in a perfect location with a very short walk to the ocean. Had plenty of seating on the deck and really comfortable furniture inside. The kitchen has everything you would need. We plan on returning.

Michael and Michelle love Dauphin Island for its family atmosphere and laidback vibe. We live just a couple hours away in southern Louisiana. This is our first rental property and will strive to make every guest happy.

We chose this house because it has great layout and it is right by the beach. The open concept makes it great for families. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suites. There's water views from every bedroom.
