Newer Construction with awesome Gulf Views (house is angled on the lot for the best views of the Gulf). Only steps to the beach! Approximately 1900 sq. ft. of living space. Beautiful "wood plank" tile throughout the house, lots of windows and furnished in a contemporary style. This home has 2 large decks (upper AND lower deck with shower). Home has great amenities like a 60" smart TV and DVD player in the living room. All bedrooms have 40" smart TVs. Dish network and fast fiber internet are provided. Indoor washer and dryer. Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, center island and is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The two Gulf-facing bedrooms both have king beds, private baths and french doors to the deck. There is another king bedroom with a private bath and bay view. The bunk room has two full over full bunksets and is next to the hall bath with a bathtub. The bunks are built strong and will support adults. Family board games and DVD collection provided. BBQ grill too! (just bring your own charcoal)

Location was steps from the beach! It was wonderful having bathrooms for all the rooms. The host family was the best I have ever worked with! Definitely a family friendly home to rent. Our family had a fun relaxing vacation at this location. The house was close to everything on the Island. Dauphin Island is beautiful!!!!

We still have half a day left and I wanted to leave a review before I forgot! This has been our favorite place to stay on the island, especially with a big group. The house is set up perfectly for multiple families. The walk to the beach is nothing. The views are amazing of both the beach and a clear view to the Mississippi sound. Communication with the owners was simple and fast. The house was the cleanest we’ve stayed in from the kitchen drawers and cabinets to the floors to the bathrooms. Also, so well stocked. So many great things to say about this house! Don’t hesitate to book!

If you are looking for a beautiful house for your family ON the beach, with great amenities, awesome views, spacious rooms and great entertaining space this is it. Do not look any further this property will give you all that along with the perfect place to sit on the deck and watch the sun rise and set. This house allows views of the sun rising and setting form several rooms.. breathtaking!!!!!!!!!!

The house had everything we needed. We loved having en-suite bathrooms and king size beds. We were 3 couples so didn’t need the fourth bedroom, but plenty of room for kids! The house is just steps from the beach and has great views of both the gulf and the back beach. We all hope to come back soon!

Loved the house. Kitchen was big enough for our family and check in was easy. Had a small problem with one of the bedroom doors going out to the deck and couldn’t get the tv to work in the same bedroom, but we worked around them. We would definitely stay here again.

Spoiled dog dream trip

We took our older dog along with family for our first trip to the Island. It was fantastic -the house the beach the area. She played in the water napped on the beach and the guys did lots of fishing. The house was very clean and roomy. We can not wait to go back!

My family and I have now visited Dauphin Island for our fourth year and we have stayed at this property for three of the four years. We could not book this location on of the years so we stayed elsewhere, but favor this property. The house is plenty large enough for our whole family and two dogs as well as being literally STEPS from the beach. The host is always very responsive if we have any questions and the property is always well kept and lovely. We will continue to return to this property for as many family vacations as we can.

Beautiful house

This house is in a perfect location with a very short walk to the ocean. Had plenty of seating on the deck and really comfortable furniture inside. The kitchen has everything you would need. We plan on returning.
