House was awesome! Great location for skiers and plenty of beds and nice amenities. Only complaint was a lack of towels, otherwise overall fantastic experience!

Great location and loads of space! Hot tub on point.

Enjoyed our visit to this Deer Valley home. Management team was very helpful. Location is walking distance to town and short drive to Snow Park @ Deer Valley. Only request is to get the TV in the main bedroom up and running again. Will strongly consider staying there again.

Very convenient Deer Valley townhouse

The bus stop to deer valley or park city is 25 yards from front door. Very nice master. Hot tub very convenient out back door. Rooms are smaller than the photos depicted. Rental agent did not respond to two requests prior to check in.

UNSANITARY CONDITIONS & UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT - DO NOT RENTOur stay at this property was a nightmare. As we settled in it became apparent that this home was not properly cleaned before our stay and likely not deep cleaned in weeks (debris and grocery receipt found under couch dated Feb 7 for our March 21 stay). Found over the course of our 5 day stay:Bathroom: Grimy tub with body hair and a used bar of soap covered in hair.Bedrooms: Red solo cups filled with unknown liquid underneath bed, used nicotine pouches crusted to floor and window sills, hair on pillows, toothpick and hairballs found underneath sheets upon stripping beds.Kitchen: Greasy crud on stovetop and in air fryer. Much of the cookware needed to be washed before we could use it. No coffee pot for the coffee maker deeming it unusable - not unsanitary but certainly annoying.Despite all this, the main complaint is that the owner was completely dismissive our concerns, claiming "insufficient documentation" and refusing to refund the 328 cleaning fee even after we provided dated iPhone photos. The management company claimed the home was cleaned by a crew 2 days prior to our arrival. They were sympathetic but ineffective at rectifying the situation due to the owner’s refusal. VRBO's response was equally disappointing, offering only a minimal credit (not even half the amount of this cleaning fee) towards a future booking. Incredibly frustrating.

Please be assured that our home was professionally cleaned and thoroughly inspected just 48 hours before this stay to ensure it met our standards. While we were surprised by these claims, we conducted a full investigation following the guest's departure and found the home to be in good condition. We take great pride in our property and will continue to work closely with our local management team to ensure our guests enjoy a spotless and comfortable stay.

Short Vacation

Complex was in a great location, however Property lacked some TLC. Carpets were very stained/dirty. There were no garbage bags, no WiFi service (didn’t work) and bedroom fireplace did not work. The garage opener also did not work as the garage openers were not programmed so it was a hassle each time to park in garage. Overall descent stay, mostly due to close proximity to Main Street. We were able to check out a few hours past standard check out time, so that was a plus.

Spring Break Ski Trip

What a great Spring Break Ski Trip! We were literally .6 miles from Deer Valley Resort and all I had to do was drop everyone off at the valet each morning. Super easy. There was ample snow right outside our door for building snowmen and plenty of snowball fights. There was also a hot tub to relax in as well as several fireplaces to keep warm. Plenty of places to eat and do take-out within an easy drive and you couldn't ask for more beautiful scenery. We will definitely be going back any chance we get. Thanks!

Good Time

We had a girls weekend and enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with parking due to some construction that wasn’t communicated properly, but between the owner and property manager, things worked out. The carpets and rugs could use a good cleaning, but everything else was very clean and there were plenty of supplies and amenities. The hot tub was fabulous!

Great location and Plenty of Space

Loved having a variety of bed sizes, lots of space in main living area. Bathrooms were clean with plenty of linens. Enjoyed the fireplaces. However, the carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms was very dirty and the pots and pans need a refresh. Some of the dishes I pulled out were dirty and had to be washed before use. The hot tub was clearly well-chlorinated, but the water was brownish (hot tub needs to be vacuumed). If you keep the windows open, there is traffic noise from the main road. Also, wifi was very spotty, which made working remotely challenging. We would stay there again because of the location and space for our family of five.

Great location. The size is pretty good. Hot tub is definitely a treat.

Location was great. Meant field a family with younger kids. One of the room with the bunkbeds does not have a door. Very easy to access and very clean. Beds are not the most comfortable but such a cozy house with fireplaces you fall asleep right away.
