This stunning rental property is located in the Kuilima Golf Club! It features incredible amenities and is only a short walk to the beach.

This charming unit sleeps four guests and features one bedroom, a sofa bed and one bathroom. There are a whopping 658 square feet of interior space and includes a living room with a sofa, table and chairs, and a television.

The amenities are incredible. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning, sofa bed, television and table for meals. The community amenities include a pool, BBQ area, tennis court, and gazebo. Also, located right around the corner is the Turtle Bay Resort with amenities such as spa services and different tour options.

The surrounding location has everything you can desire. There is the public beach with access to Kuilima Cove and Kawela Bay. Both of these options are great for swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing. As stated, Turtle Bay Resort is right around the corner and there are numerous local community amenities. Furthermore, about a 15 minutes drive is the Polynesian Cultural Center and 25 minutes drive away is the Historic Haleiwa Beach Town featuring restaurants, art galleries, shopping and local shops.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

This condo is cute, clean, and has just about everything you would need for time at the beach. The location on property is fabulous; quick walk to beach trails and yet away from road noise. I would stay here again!

I've stayed in multiple Turtle Bay condo units over the past five years. In this unit, all was lovely except the ubiquitous small ants (sugar ants?) running up & down the walls in the kitchen & bathroom (and two live palmetto bugs found in the kitchen). There was a Terro ant killer kit in the kitten, but I'm not sure it had any impact on the tiny ants.

Great location, very peaceful.
It's an older place but pretty clean and up to date. I'm not sure how long there was in between us and previous tenants, but the place was pretty stagnant when we first got there, the master bed felt moist and was not very comfortable. The stagnant air got better once we ran the ceiling fans and opened the doors for a cross draft the next day, we never ran the AC the 9 days we were there. We flew in late at night and luckily got our rental car that night (but barely, SIXT and others close at 11) It's a pretty long drive from the airport to this place, but after driving in Honolulu for 2 minutes North Shore was very much welcome. We had to get a hold of security to let us in after midnight, but he was helpful finding the condo in the dark. The lanai at this particular condo never got direct sun but was a great view of the golf courses 18th hole, peaceful and had nice sunsets. There are great walking trails right out the back door, and the beach access that we found across the fairway we were staying on had 1 other person on it, amazing! Turtle Bay resort is a short walk, very nice and has great food. Overall, we would stay here again, the location is perfect if you're looking to relax!

Fabulous find at Turtle Bay
A very nice condominium at an affordable price makes staying on the North Shore doable when you happen to visit often or even just on occasion. You feel right at home with the convenience of regular household appliances i.e. washer/dryer & kitchen! It is located on the gorgeous Turtle Bay golf course. A perfect setting for your get-a-way!

Location was everthing!
The location was the best and that is why I chose the property. The cleanliness and upkeep on the condo unit could have been better. One of the air conditioners didn't work without making noise. It gets a little hot when you can turn down the air conditioners under 74 degrees especially when one doesn't work. I would stay here again just because of the location and being in the condo was not my goal.

The checking in process was pretty easy peezy and you guys did respond to my inquiries within a reasonable time (like i think within an hour actually). The place itself was exactly what it said in the ad and all the essentials were there, and by essentials i mean coffee makers (drip AND keurig) and some tommy bahama chairs. And to top it off the place is a manini kine walk from kaihalulu beach which is definitely a quaint spot for a picnic or just catching some rays (i wouldn't recommend trying to take a dip in the water tho because of the rocks 😬). 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend during the triple paycheck months 🤙🤙

Everything was great with the property, the unit, the location. The place was great and our experience was great right up until we checked out. I forgot to leave the key fab (which operates the front gate and pool entry). it was inadvertently left in my vehicle. I was flying out and on the other side of the island when the PM called, so I put it in a FedEx envelope and mailed it back. This is where it got stupid. The property manager got aggressive with me on the phone and continued to text and call and was downright antagonistic about the whole thing. This guy obviously has underlying anger issues as he got set off to high level over something very minor. Maybe he just hates his job? I'm sure other guests have forgotten to return the key fab. They should have extras and just charge people if they do not return it. I went through the trouble and cost to fedex it back. If you stay here make sure you return the key fab or you will be stalked!!

Great location! Condo is dated, especially the bathroom, and not well appointed. Kitchen had been updated. Did appreciate the surfboard and boogieboard use. Enjoyed the screened porch.

This place was not clean. It needed paint, not just touch ups. It felt crowded compared to other condos. In particular, the bathroom was crowded and, especially the baseboard, needed paint. Thank you for having a broom with dust pan, a vacuum, and cleaning supplies. Overall I'm happy we stayed here.
