Beach Place 507 is a top floor, ocean front condo that is newly remodeled with a new walk-in shower and rich granite appointments throughout. New plush living room furniture with power recliners for ultimate comfort.

Enjoy the penthouse view of the ocean and boat traffic through Johns Pass Waterway. Free internet access and DVR. Flat screen TVs in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the privacy of your balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king and a queen bed. The second guest room has 2 queen beds and the third bedroom has 1 queen bed.

Also added, are very nice flat screen TVs and a new washer/dryer as well as new bedding throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.

There are 2 assigned parking spots available for this unit.

Views of the Gulf of Mexico are endless when you're way up here!

Great place in Madeira

We have been coming to Madeira for years and really loved the Beach place this year due to the location directly across from John's Pass. Would definitely stay here in 507 again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Where do i start? My daughter was barged in on when a maintenance man entered our unit without permission or warning. Mentioned he was there to fix the madter bedroom dooor that wouldn't shut (yes, it actually wouldn't shut all week) Scared her to death. I understand the cockroach is the state bird, but this place is infested, they were in the closets, the sofa bed and trash shoot. Toilets were moldy, thick dust in vents, broken furnitures, microwave was broken so they set a TINY soup bowl size replacement on the counter, host promised a vacuum in the unit, there wasn't one, we needed it for our air tight luggage for our flight home. I have pictures of everything. Host denied refund because the autistic child tried to feed a biird in the pool area, accused us of throwing things, when truth is neighbors below us were extremely loud at 11:30pm and smoking cigars. This place has gone WAY DOWN HILL. SLUMLORDS!!!!!!

Love it here!!

2nd year staying on this property and we absolutely loved it! Thank you so much for having us! Cleanliness got 4/5 stars because there was trash left under the couches and some of the dishes were dirty, no biggie on our end but might want the cleaners to inspect that stuff better from now on, some of the towels had holes in them, didn’t bother us but may bother others! Overall fantastic experience, more than enough space for my family and myself!

Girls Trip

The location is perfect and the view was amazing. We had 5 in our group so I am including comments from them as well. The bedrooms were outdated and curtains in one of the front bedrooms were gross and stained. The shower curtains had several stains or maybe mold on them and the beds were not comfortable. We would still definitely come back for a stay due to location. Would recommend.

This is the best location in Madeira beach. The condo was the right size for the seven of us. The furniture was comfortable. Kitchen could use some more utensils. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Washer and dryer worked fine. There was plenty of towels, but had no beach towels but we knew that and brought our own. All in all the unit was great. Would stay here again.

The view is amazing! Great location!

Let’s start off with the view is amazing. There were plenty of plates, silverware and utensils, plenty of beach toys, umbrella and chairs for the beach. The couch and love seat are nice. Walking distance to John’s pass boardwalk right across the street. Walk right out to the beach. Plenty of room. The comforter had a stain on it and the pillow in the bedroom with the 1 queen bed had a hair on it. The master bedroom door doesn’t unlock to the patio. Could use an update

No response from owner

Location is only good thing; no response from owner when contacted multiple times about dryer not working (when washer/dryer was listed twice in the listing); we had ants and again no response; no beach towels; Bath towels cheap and scratchy; no scissors; no cookie sheets; no kitchen towels; very minimal items in kitchen; there were no washing machine pods or dryer sheets;

Great location, but not great

Location by John’s pass is great. And it’s really nice it has three bedrooms. This place could be great, but it’s just not in great condition. Overall it was not very clean (especially dishes) and carpet, beds, furniture need to be replaced. There was food stuck in creases of couch. Light switches didn’t work in bedrooms. Closet was broken in master. Parking passes not provided (had to call) and no dish soap or kitchen trash bags. On last day, cleaning lady came in without knocking before 9 am and well before checkout. Beach was beautiful…view was fantastic…great to walk to the pass. I hope they upgrade the place!

Location and view are best parts

We have stayed in many vacation rentals - some good, some not - and this property falls in the middle leaning towards not good. The unit needs lots of updates/attention including carpet cleaning, paint touch ups, electrical outlet replacement (at least 2), vent fan in one bath doesn't work, power reclining couch doesnt work or manually recline and many of the window blinds are also broken as is the screen in the master - to the point it flaps in the wind. Bedroom furnishings are all very tired and have seen better days. One issue of significance is ,after arriving, we had to vacuum the carpet and generally clean unit due to dirt, crumbs and grime present. The location and views are superb but the deficiencies are numerous and really detract from this unit's positives.

Needs a major renovation and updating. Would not recommend and would not stay here again.

To save space I'll list the major thing wrong that need to be repaired or replaced. -There is a strong mold smell and three occupants had allergy issues that required the use of medic to sleep that was not present prior to our stay at condo. They felt better when outside of condo and after we left the condo -Toilet seat missing from master bathroom -Mirror closet door broken and will not move -Door for master bath going to master closet is broken and has duct tape holding latch open. Tape is not working and door cannot open without the use of a knife -Vents in bathrooms do not work -Water filter missing from refrigerator -Could not get TV in spare bedroom to work. Plus remotes need batteries -Most of the outlets in the spare bedrooms do not work -Carpet in condo needs to be replaced. Looks very dirty -Spare bathroom missing light fixture shades -Had to wash towels every couple of days because not enough towels provided for six people. We reused towels for a couple days and shared towels. Also had to buy laundry detergent because none was provided

Great location being close to everything we needed. Excellent views of the ocean and sunset every evening!! Parked the car in one of the covered reserved parking spots and didn't need the car until we left.

Location was great, but…

We went for a weekend vacation. Property was not clean- trash in sofa cup holders and on porch. Kitchen- no paper towels, dish towels. We washed the dishes AS we used them because they looked dirty- found pan in cabinet with burnt food on it. Soap dispensers were almost empty and had been diluted. Bathroom- both doors had latch problems. Master bath would not open, had to pry it open. Several signs had mentioned possibility of being towed without a parking pass. We were supposed to have parking passes in the unit but had to wait until the following morning to get them.

Where to begin…..

I would only recommend this VRBO for the location only! The unit is across the street from Johns Pass which was amazing. The condo itself is really rough. The furniture needs replaced, the dry in the unit still does not work, the bedding is very old, the beds were uncomfortable, and lacks pots and pans and what was there was very dirty. Something I did not see if previous reviews was next to the building is a public parking lot. It is also the hang out for local kids to sit and blast their car stereos. It required calls to the police to come break it up as the lot was directly below this unit and all you could hear at night was the thumping bass from stereos. I stay in this area every year and this was by far the lowest quality unit of all. On check out day we had maintenance barge in early before we were ready to leave to fix the dryer which was deemed not fixable at this time. Shortly after this the cleaning crew showed up early which we also did not appreciate. Bottom line this unit felt like it is run by a slum lord who refuses to put any money into the quality of the unit. I would not recommend staying here.

Great Location, Condo Needs Help

You can not argue about the location, beach, shops, bars, restaurants, easy access to where ever you needed to go (Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie, etc etc). As far as the condo goes. Poor communication on when and how to check in. Never heard from anybody until the day off (Saturday 3/12) about how, when, and time to check in. If this is the standard way of communication for this property, then please put that in the listing and people know. In the past 5 years of using VRBO, I have never had "lack of communication" as an issue until this property. When people need to plan, then we need to know. Waiting to the last minute is not good. I was worried that we were going to show up at the property and our reservation was lost and nobody knew we were arriving. But, I will say this, once we did hear from them, then it did state we were able to check in right then and there, which was a huge plus since we had been in Tampa since Friday evening, so we were able to check in around 1pm, instead of the posted time of 4pm. Once checked in, started to notice some issues. 1. Outlets in the girls bedroom (2 double beds) would not keep items plugged in, very loose. They had to prop up bags to hold their cell phone chargers in place so they would stay being charged and not falling out. They stated that all the outlets were like that. 2. Dryer did not work at all..!!!!! Called and reported it and they had maintenance over to fix it super quick. He came back and said put this piece of "duct tape" over it to keep the button on to work....did not work and he stated that the dryer probably needs to be replaced. Could not put clothes in the dryer and leave the condo to go to the beach, had to go and spend $1.50 for 30 minutes with dryer in hallway for public use, and this did not get the clothes dried in 30 minutes. Not very accommodating when the listing states you have a washer and dryer and then you have to go hunt down quarters to use the dryer that would not dry. Had to hang clothes over chairs or shower rods to dry. 3. Lack of good useable kitchen utensils. Some were broken or non-existent. Probably would be good to do a survey on what is needed and see if you have them or if they are in good shape and useable. 4. Griddle to fry bacon was not useable (Broken). 5. 3rd bedroom (1 queen bed by entrance) Needs a new mattress, very uncomfortable and person sleeping in there woke up with backaches for the entire week. Again, GREAT location

Dated but great view!

Unit is right on the beach which is great but it could use some updating of amenities. Linens are included but no beach towels. Bedding needs updating. Pluses were location- beach and walking to all restaurants! No communication came until almost 4 and there was no response from host regarding check in until then. Easy parking and elevator on site.
