Bienvenue à Las Brisas à Madeira Beach! Nous sommes à 4 minutes en voiture de Johns Pass et à 15 minutes à pied de la plage de tous les magasins, restaurants et cafés dont vous pouvez profiter!
Notre charmant condo a trois chambres spacieuses et deux salles de bain complètes. TOUS LES QUATRE LITS DE CE condo possèdent de nouveaux MATELAS EN MOUSSE À MÉMOIRE (nouveaux en 2018) en bambou infusé et un FAVORITE INVITÉ!

Nous sommes situés au troisième étage avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan! Vous pouvez voir, sentir et sentir la plage depuis la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon et la chambre principale. Nous avons plusieurs chaises sur le balcon pour que vous puissiez jouer à des jeux de société et profiter de l'air salin!

La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain complète. Il y a deux lits queen dans la deuxième chambre avec une salle de bain complète. La troisième chambre dispose d'un lit queen. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et tous les draps sont fournis. Une buanderie DANS LE CONDO avec laveuse et sécheuse SAMSUNG. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 42 pouces dans le salon. En outre, pour votre commodité, il y a un lecteur DVD et une chaîne stéréo.

Le condominium Las Brisas est un bâtiment de 40 étages et de 40 unités. Cet emplacement est idéalement situé à 35 minutes de l'aéroport de Tampa et à 25 minutes de l'aéroport de St. Pete / Clearwater. Autres attractions: Busch Gardens, à 30 minutes, et Disney World, Epcot Center et Universal Studios, à environ 90 minutes. John's Pass est à quelques minutes en voiture ou à 15-20 minutes à pied du mini golf de Pirates Cove (élu meilleur en Floride!) est à quelques minutes en voiture ou 8 minutes à pied.

John's Pass est à quelques pas de la plage. Ceci est une destination populaire pour les touristes. Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants sur la célèbre promenade. Parmi les autres activités disponibles, citons: la pêche et les visites de casino, le parachute ascensionnel et la location de bateaux et de coureurs de vagues. Place had great views of the beach, balcony was spacious, easy walk to the beach, condo was roomy and equipped with most kitchen essentials. A couple negative items was the parking, one space was difficult with nine people and at one point someone ended up parking in our designated spot, and very limited toiletries (toilet paper, garbage bags, dish towels) so come prepared. Overall we had a great time.

We enjoyed staying at this property and the beachfront location. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and the condo was well stocked with plenty of amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Perfect spot for R&R

A bit pricey, but great location, great choice for a girls’ beach stay. It was very nice to each have our own room and plenty of common living space besides. Nice big balcony with more than enough seating. Beach not too crowded, pool right on the beach, easy walk to food, drink, and groceries. We didn’t have to use our car at all. Would definitely recommend.

2023 June stay with blended family of 7

Great property and awesome view. Shower needed a little more pressure and many chairs for beach were broke. All in we bought a tent and left it there as it’s a must with the sun and we did have a good stay. I’d def stay again in the future even with the minor hiccups we experienced.
