This grand family home has room for everyone with two large living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. Open plan kitchen and dining area. Ducted air conditioning.
As the stairs are quite steep inside, it is not recommended for small children.
Downstairs -
The kitchen is self-contained with, microwave, large fridge/freezer. Dining area which leads out to the outside paved area.
Living area with flat screen TV, DVD player, MP3 / USB stereo. Futon bed is available in this room if required. Must bring own quilt and pillow.
There is a bedroom off the living area downstairs with one queen bed. There is no ducted heating or cooling to this room but there is an electric heater.
Bathroom with shower, single vanity and toilet. Laundry with washing machine and bar fridge.
Upstairs -
2nd living area with TV, DVD player.
Main bedroom with queen and single bed plus ensuite bathroom. Balcony and WIR.
2nd bathroom with double vanity, shower, bath and separate toilet.
A further three bedrooms are also upstairs with 1 queen bed and 4 single beds.
Outdoor seating. Garage for 2 cars plus off street parking for one car.
Located in a quiet area of the Bay with only a few minutes drive to the beach. There are some sea views from the backyard.
Tenants TO Supply Their OWN Linen - BUT Sheets AND Towels CAN BE Hired IF Needed Through Victor Linen Hire.

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.
Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
