Our spacious holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, making it the ultimate sanctuary for families seeking quality time together. Unwind with a friendly game of table tennis or billiards in our dedicated games area, stocked with a wide variety of entertainment options. Alternatively, lose yourself in a captivating novel from our extensive library, all while basking in the breathtaking coastal views that surround you.

Stay connected with your favourite shows and movies, courtesy of our TV and DVD facilities. Although our property does not offer WiFi, this presents a unique opportunity to unplug and immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of your surroundings. Our holiday home features 3 queen size beds, one double bed, one bunk, and one single bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.

Whip up a culinary masterpiece in our well-appointed kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, and full-size fridge. For those who prefer alfresco dining, a BBQ is also available for your enjoyment. Our property also includes convenient laundry facilities, such as an iron, ironing board, washer, and dryer.

Freshen up in our modern bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and hairdryer for guest use. Step outside to our outdoor entertaining area, where you can marvel at the stunning ocean views and create cherished memories with your loved ones. While our home features a combustion fire, it is not available for guest use. However, air conditioning ensures year-round comfort for all.

Safety is our top priority, which is why our property is fully fenced and includes a safety gate on the stairs. A baby cot and high chair are also available for our youngest guests. With ample on-site parking, you can leave your car behind and explore the charming local bakery and pub, just a short walk away.

As per our Terms and Conditions, a valid credit card is required during the online check-in process for all bookings. It is important to note that the credit card provided may be charged for any damages, additional cleaning, or rubbish removal that may occur during your stay at the property.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Owner'S Rights
Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
