Pet friendly, bayside with two community pools. Check in was easy, and host was readily available for all questions. Great spot with access to everything in short distance. Already booked for next year!

Family beach trip

We rented this property because of the size, location and the fact that we could bring our dogs. The property was amazing and very large for the seven of us. It’s right down the street from the pool, pickle ball courts, and a small community putt putt course! We didn’t find this property to be within walking distance of the beach but finding daily parking was easy. I’d highly recommend this property!

Property was very nice. It was generally clean and there was plenty of room for our group of 5. We put our dog's crate in the large walk-in closet in the primary bedroom and she loved it in there! The house was just about a block from the pool and pickleball courts and only a fifteen minute walk to the beach.

Quiet Neighborhood- family friendly

The house was perfect for our group of 8. We liked the location of the house as it was close to the pool and the ocean. The house could use a deep cleaning and for the “cleaning charge” doesn’t seem like there is cleaning in between guests. The washer and dryer were nice to have but the dryer took 4 hours to dry a load.

Great rental

The house was very clean when we got there. Beautifully maintained. Bedrooms had plenty of pillows. Only an issue with the washer machine. Kitchen was large with many cabinets. Stayed with my mother, brother and his children and my children. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool was very close. Great trail and fishing pier.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, everyone was very friendly. Property manager Grace was always very responsive. I think they need to find an alternative way to check in because it’s a pain to have to go to an office to grab the key. The place needs a deep cleaning, there were a lot of spider webs and the stove and mini oven needs some attention. I think it was odd that the place requires you to take your own bed sheets. Also, on our first night, the owner of the place needed to stop by the house to grab some personal toiletries. She ended up going there at 10pm and needed to go inside the room where I was putting my baby to sleep, I’ve never seen this before. I’m sure it wasn’t on purpose but I feel like the owner should be aware of all her bookings ahead of time so she can plan accordingly. But overall, the place was nice and spacious, I would go back. My toddler loved the playroom.

Thank you. The property is pet friendly and requires more attention to details. We’ve spoken with the cleaners. When a reservation is made lodging docs are sent which includes the option to contact a linen service company if you request linens. (As I recall your email address was not working and you provided me an updated email address, which I thank you for). Many guests still prefer bringing their own sheets and towels knowing they have actually been washed and clean. We do not recommend using the keyless entry to properties we’ve found owners do not regularly change codes between guests and this to me is a huge safety concern. My office is only 4 blocks from the house and we provide local newspapers, coupons and a streamlined check in process. We also enjoy meeting the guests and the person to person k reaction, we find, creates a connection. I am sorry about the owner having to pick up her crib and toiletries so late in the evening… you were gracious to allow her access after you returned from dinner. I appreciated your kindness and understanding and also thank you for leaving the property clean. We hope to see you again in the future. Grace.
