Family vacation

The house was the perfect size for my family. The kids loved the arcade room!! The resort was awesome and the location was perfect. The host always responded in a timely manner.

Very nice house with plenty of room. The outside area was great with more than enough seating.There were a lot of weeds growing up through the paver bricks on the patio.

We loved everything about the home and the location!! Prior to arriving, my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We had plenty of room and appreciated bathrooms for each king sized bed bedroom!! We look forward to returning!!

Overall property was nice and accommodating for 14 people. Could easily entertain more. Though bring your own bath and pool towels. Site amenities from pool to putt-putt are great for small children to adults. Home has comfortable beds and seating. Kids loved the themed rooms. Plenty of appliances and other kitchen items. YouTube Tv available. The pool area in the home is nice for shade and swimming. The pools are lined up next to each other so not much privacy from others. All the homes are 2 story and not particularly handicap friendly/accessible through the front door or to the second level. Though there are two nice ground floor bedrooms. Kids loved the slides and working games. Security upon initial entry was an effort that took a lot of waiting & patience. Site does seem secure with roving security. Parking at the houses can be a challenge. While driveways fit two vehicles you have to be careful as the driveway is on an extreme incline. Difficult for parking but also the elderly, disabled and small children. All of which were in our party. Makes for difficult for loading/unloading. You must compete with others for limited street parking. The main water heater had to be replaced which took two days. Not ideal for 14 people but things happen. Approximately 60% the arcade room games did not work. Over all the house was nice enough.

Beware!

Do not rent if you have a chance to cancel. We stayed March 27-April 3rd. When we arrived the house was not clean, the housekeepers were still there, trash everywhere, food in the sink, stained furniture. An insane amount of ants in the master bathroom. We ended up cleaning ourselves.In the game room the air hockey table to also broken. Day 2 the waterline underneath the air conditioner broke and our air conditioner was sunken into the ground. Also don’t plan on sleeping there is literally construction right in front of this home from 730-7am daily. The workers will consistently block your driveway and even even sideswiped one of the cars we had. Also if you sleep in the master bedroom your room is next to the air conditioner that comes on all throughout the night and will also wake you up. There was also no trash can provided with the property at all so the trash built up and we eventually used a near by dumpster Avoid renting this house if possible. I did contact magical vacation homes several times and there was very minimal resolution, they know nothing about this rental and will tell you this. They provide no helpful information regarding the home such as trash days, how to use certain types of things within the home. We have stayed in several rentals in Florida and they all have provided some type of guide for the home. They promise to call you back and no one does. The description of the house is completely wrong. It’s a 7 bedroom home, with 6 king bedrooms and 1 room that has 2 sets of bunk beds. So in our case we had older children thinking there were 2 separate rooms that had bunk beds. We emailed and called 2x and kept getting the same wrong answer listed in the description. So again beware!
