Great Stay for our Family!

This home and the resort were perfect for our family and a great location to explore the parks... but we most enjoyed the fun we had in the home and within the resort that it isn't necessary to leave! We experienced great communication with property management and no issues during our stay!

Outstanding family friendly villa

We had an amazing 2 week stay in this spacious villa. Well equipped. Kids and adults all loved the games area and the cinema room especially with the AC.

Great place

Twelve senior softball players and some wives had a great stay. Only the pool heating was our setback as electric heating took 48 hours to get warm for the spa.

Amazing house and resort

This house was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, clean, and had extremely nice furnishing for a rental. The beds were very comfortable and the couch was a dream. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the themed rooms. The pool at the house, as well as the resort amenities made our trip incredible.

The security situation at the resort is abysmal. We had to wait more than an hour to enter the property on a Friday despite having checked in much earlier in the week. Something needs to be done about this. We also had a dead rat in a trap outside in the pool area which was decayed enough that we know it had been there awhile. The response from property management about this was underwhelming and I had to ask twice to have it removed. Some of the bathtubs and showers have drainage problems. Those issues aside, we enjoyed our stay (our second time in this house and the third time at the resort). We would come back if the security issues were resolved.

Great house and experience

We loved our stay. The house was amazing. The theater was super fun. The kids loved the themed rooms. The pool in yard is fun and the club house pool was great. Loved the temperature of water at the clubhouse pool, not freezing! I wish you could go to the gym early in morning. Was annoyed you couldn’t go into 9 am. Parking on street was an issue that they tried to stay up on, but we had a security guard knocking at our door at 3 am. He wanted to know if a car parked on the street was ours, it was not
 they shouldn’t be knocking on doors at 3 am, just give them tickets or warnings.

Great family vacation

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for the 10 adults and 2 children we had with us. Maintenance is slow at getting out to fix issues. The hot tub wasn't hot the last 2 days we were there. I put in a request to have it looked at and they were supposed to come on Saturday. When we checked out on Sunday, nobody had been out yet. I requested to have the pool heater on but I'm not sure it was. The pool was freezing and the heat was supposed to be running. I saw people in other pools early in the morning so I"m thinking something was wrong with the pool heater. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We already rebooked for next year.
