In regards to the actual home, it is in need of some repairs and especially bathroom updates. Beds are pretty uncomfortable. The size of the home for the money during the spring season is decent. The proximity to the water is great. I was very disappointed in my overall stay in dealing with the rental company. The area in general seems more geared towards 55 and older and something to consider if you are vacationing with varying age groups.

Family vacation - ages infant to 90

Our family loved the open, kitchen, living room, dining area. We also loved being right on the beach, quick & easy access for meals throughout the day. My elderly mother thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. She could watch the kids play on the beach and stay nice and cool under the fan

Fantastic home with great location for a chill beach vacay. Love the ice maker under the stairs that refills quickly. Every room a comfortable bed and TVs keeps all guest happy with their own space with outdoor porch. We had trouble with upstairs AC but the rental company had someone to address the issue asap! We would definitely rent this home again!

Spring Break - two families + guests

We were thrilled with the house in Fort Morgan! It's really well laid out for a group of 5 adults and 6 kids ages ranging from 16 - 10. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The location is perfect for quiet uncrowded beach days and close enough to town to go out to dinner when we wanted. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed - we'll definitely be back!

Long awaited Family time

The house was clean and cozy when we got there. Check in & out and everything about the rental process was super easy. The pictures online are accurate, the house is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. But my favorite place was the porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, it was perfect.

Nice House

My family fell in love with the house and the beach. It was perfect. So many times when looking at 6 bedrooms you find bunk beds…this house didn’t. Which we liked. We cooked all our meals and did not have any issue with lack of pots, pans, utensils and such. We are planning on returning next year!

beautiful location with a few problems

We arrived to find that the floors had not been swept or vacuumed. There were missing sheets on the king bed downstairs and we only given a few towels. The dishwasher did not work the entire trip. We were able to get sheets and towels from property manager. A repairman was sent to fix the dishwasher but was unable to do so.

The size of this house was perfect for our family of 13. Perfect for the kids to have room to run around. We always look for a house that has a big screened in porch and this house fit the bill. However, the porch does need repairs. We had to call about a hole in the floor and they were very quick to respond. The hole could not be fixed but Reed is taking that up with the home owner. I know it is hard to find help and when we arrived the house was not as clean as it should have been. The floors were covered in sand, the back porch had not been swept and the rugs they have on the porch need to be replaced. The temps were in the low 80s while we were there and the air conditioner had a hard time staying cool, we went and bought fans which helped. We did encounter a roach problem but they have bug spray under the kitchen sink so they must be aware of the problem. Overall we would consider renting this house again if the air and porch problems are addressed.

Hi Shan! Thank you so much for your feedback. We hope you and your family had a great trip even with the issues you spoke of. Thank you for bringing these to our attention. All of the the properties we manage are all on a preventative pest spray program with a local pest control company. Unfortunately sometimes bugs do still find a way in occasionally due to various factors however the pest control company is always available to come out and spray when we call them with any problems. The homeowner has fixed the other issues with the deck and the a/c. Hopefully you guys will give Sea Glass another chance, It is an amazing home!

Great property- cleanliness problem

This house is beautiful, and the location is fantastic, but the house wasn’t very clean upon our arrival. I tried to reach out to the property while we were there and received no communication back. Disappointing because we really enjoyed our stay.

Sea glass house

Great house! We come every thanksgiving and this was one of the better houses we have stayed at. Fun surprise of blankets and towels folded into sea creatures. Hope to stay here again.

Great property right on the beach.

We had a great time and loved that this property was right on the beach. Big plusses were the space and screened/ open porches. The only negative was that there we were not given one set of towels per guest (as advertised) and management company did not have any more and the wi-fi gave stopped working the day before we left and calls to internet and management company did not resolve the issue. Other than that a great home for our 5 families. Also, there were plenty of games, puzzles and beach items (inflatables, sand toys, bogie boards) at the proerty to use which was a nice surprise.

Annual family vacation

We had wonderful time. Whole family, house was just as advertised. Everyone had a bed, bathrooms were plentiful. Steps to water. Only thing I would regard as maybe not up to par was the cook wear. Here needs to be some serious upgrades. We cooked everyday and became frustrated with the small amount and size of cookware
