Guests have full access to the entire 5-bedroom home, including the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, and all bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV. Enjoy the large lanai with stunning bay views and direct access to the water for kayaking, paddleboarding, or relaxing by the shore. Parking is available off-street, and you'll have easy access to nearby beaches, attractions, and outdoor activities.



The storage below the house is off limits as well as a locked closet under the stairs.

Bedroom 5 is directly above the steps. You must go through bedroom 3 to access bedroom 3 and 4.



We do not provide cable television or streaming service login credentials. However, the TVs are smart TVs so you may login to your own streaming apps.



For any grill or fire pit on the property we do provide a propane tank. However, we do not fill the tank and it is responsibility to fill the tank if you would like to use these amenities.



We provide a start pack of supplies. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, three trash bags, three dish pods, three laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. You are responsible for buying more if you need.







As noted above this property is on the bay. Not on the gulf but is a short walk away!
