This small cosy 1.5 bedroom cottage is located close to all amenities - it's a two minute walk to the marina, shop and Domain. It is the front house on a block sharing the same land with the owners. It offers off street parking and has one double bedroom plus a bunk alcove which could suit a child or two. Fully equipped kitchen with outlook on to the street and a big deck for outdoor dining and relaxing. No Pets Please.

Lakeside gem with lovely hosts

Had a great weekend here. The spot is awesome with only a short walk to the lake and shops in the area. Dave and Elaine are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. 10/10 would visit again.

Kinloch Getaway

Perfect for a weekend away in Kinloch. Very close to the marina & was able to park a jet ski with ease on the property. Cottage is well provisioned and Elaine & David excellent hosts. Will definitely be back!!

Beautiful location/ Superb hosts

Highly recommend staying at this wonderful accommodation in the hidden gem of Kinloch. The property owners are absolutely lovely - very friendly and welcoming. Bach was super cosy and just mins away from a short walk to the beach. Taupo wasn’t that far either to drive into town if we wanted to, which wasn’t often as the beach and marina was right there! Will definitely love to stay again.

Christmas at Kinloch

A great little cottage with a good array of kitchen equipment (much needed when cooking Christmas roast), good quality towels and toiletries. Communication with owners excellent. A great spot within easy walking distance of the marina and store.

Cozy, clean and welcoming

Loved our stay at the cozy lockwood property. We were at an event at the Fiber Fresh National Equestrian Centre and it was only a 20 minute drive away. The host met us at the property and showed us through without being intrusive, we did not know that their home was behind ours. Private deck with BBQ so we were able to make our dinners and breakfasts. Only suggestion I have is to perhaps have salt and some more glasses as there was only one glass (but plenty of wine glasses). Apart from that, lovely and very well equipped, very clean.

Fabulous location and cosy accommodation

This property is well located for walking distance to Kinloch Marina and the local store. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had all that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The property has everything you would need for a home away from home.

Jo is a lovely lady who enjoyed her break . Very considerate and friendly lady. Her cleanliness rating was meant to be 5 like the other ratings excellent (it was a slip of the finger) I would not hesitate to recommend her to future vRBO bookings. Hopefully she will return one day.
