Une propriété au bord d’un lac à quelques mètres du bord de l’eau. Situé sur une grande partie dans un cul-de-sac, cet établissement est idéal pour les enfants. Les façades avant et arrière (avec une vue imprenable) offrent de grands espaces de divertissement intérieurs et extérieurs. Cette propriété a soleil toute la journée.

Profitez du lac à votre porte - pour nager, pêcher ou faire du kayak. La piste de vélo de montagne récemment achevée est à 1 minute, la rampe de bateau ou piste de ski sont à seulement quelques minutes et le magasin, restaurant, café, courts de tennis, terrain de jeux ou terrains de golf sont à environ 5 minutes à pied.

Kinloch est tout aussi accueillant en hiver qu’en été - un endroit idéal pour le rêve du pêcheur familial.

Fantastic place to stay. Exactly as listed. Master bed is comfortable, shower has great pressure. Had everything we needed with the added bonus of being right on the lake. Communication was very clear, no issues on arrival. Highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay in spite of the wind for two days. Would highly recommend and a special shout out to your cleaning lady (who we met). She does a wonderful job.

The Bach was beautifully located on the lake side - direct access from the deck/garden. Great outside furniture, black out curtains, comfortable bed, new bathroom with strong water pressure, new towels, well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. Needs improvement : could be cleaner (old rags under sink, dust in laundry & living areas), BBQ filthy and poor gas pressure so unusable, sofas/chairs need modernising for this price.

The house is situated in a lovely area with a short walk through native forest. The house is tidy and with the beautiful sun sets you will be blown away

Recommend to stay

This property was a great place to rent. From the location by the lake, to the property having 2 great decks on both sides of the house meaning there was always a non windy spot to sit or less sun than the other. We really recommend it and will stay again.

The location of this lakeside bach is superb and i'd definitely stay again. We had such a great time being able to just pop across to swim or paddle board, we loved watching the sunset and the people coming to the lakefront, we had direct access to the w2k for biking, and it was a pretty stroll to the store. The bach itself had new, modern kitchen and bathroom, comfy beds, good shower, and was double glazed throughout. It was quiet and the deck was great.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views across the lake. Being right on the lakefront makes it easy to go for a swim whenever you want. House is clean and tidy and has a real holiday bach feeling to it.

Property was perfect for what we needed and spectacular views. Only issue we had was the dryer was a bit temperamental and wouldnt work but then started working an hour later when we tried again. Will definitely stay again 10/10

Stunning spring stay

Our second year staying for a week and we got a taste of summer at the start spring with the kids running safely between the water and the backyard. Having the lake access road at the front also meant plenty of biking and scootering occurred as well. Being able to put the kids to bed down the hall for the night meant we could then relax and watch the sunsets each evening.

Matariki getaway

So relaxing! Waterfront views during winter are just as entertaining as during the hotter months. Very cold so make the most of the heating when it snows on the other side of the lake! Make use of the walking tracks when the shower stop, there are some incredible sights along the way. Drop by the general store for a coffee and macadamia brittle! This is a very comfortable home to put your feet up and relax.

Great Place to Unwind

Awesome place right on the Lake Front with Fabulous Views. Great communication and instructions throughout the whole process. A tidy house with all the necessities to make it a comfortable holiday. There is room on the deck to cover and lock up bikes if required. The General store is a 5-10 min walk for any top ups. Was nice and quiet off peak. Enjoy
