As soon as we walked through the door we knew this holiday home was perfect. The layout was great and all the rooms very spacious. Lots of outdoor space for the grandchildren to run around in (loved the clothes line) We would definitely stay there again.

OMG, this property was PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. SPACIOUS, CLEAN, NEAT AND TIDY. Had everything a home needs, FAST WARMING SYSTEMS, COMFY BEDS, LOTS OF SEATING. I will come back again and recommend this house as AWESOME.

Didn't read the fine print that booking through b.a.b meant bring your own linen but the host communicated this clearly and offered solutions. Place was beautiful and tidy, and we were sad that we couldn't stay longer!

Perfect for family get-together!

Awesome! loved the large kitchen/dining/lounge area opening out to a great deck. Ideal for children, including an active toddler. excellent selection of beds and bedrooms. Kinloch is a lovely spot and a perfect meeting place for family travelling from North and South.

Kinloch Trip

The property is in a great location near the beach and with quick access to Taupo. Kerry-Anne was very responsive and accommodating as a host. The house had everything we needed (loved the outdoor clothes drying lines!). We really enjoyed our stay in Kinloch and would return to this property.

Perfect Place to Stay!

5 adults and 2 children. Very handy to the outdoors and so much for the kids to do with a park just down the road and the lake for swimming. Very spacious, clean and Kerry-Anne was very easy to deal with. Many thanks!

This property is so much better than expected. Such a great location. Kinloch is a hidden gem. Fun for all the family. We will definitely be back!

lovely homely house very tidy except BBQ and oven could have been a bit cleaner . but over all i recommend this place to anyone . will stay there again . communication with owner was excellent. thanks

Glad you enjoyed your stay. As advised the neighbour had unlocked the house and left the keys on the bench so we were unsure why you didn't try to open the door but fortunately you eventually did and all was good.

Location was excellent. Quality of stay was great. Would have preferred fresh sheets and duvet provided how ever that was the only down side and was written clearly on the description. Outside of that there were games to keep the kids occupied. Open plan living room space made the place ideal when you have alot of kids! Highly recommended.

Awesome Accessible & quiet place

We enjoyed fantastic communication from the host right from our initial enquiry. We enjoyed the spacious light filled open plan layout of the kitchen/dining/lounge area. An elderly member of our family group uses a walker and this one level place accommodated her really well. Having the ensuite bedroom enabled her to use her own raised toilet set without having to share with anyone else. Thankyou for opening your holiday home for others like us to stay.
