Cette belle maison face au canal n'est qu'à quelques pas des plages tranquilles de Fenwick Island! Permis de dune toute la journée si vous préférez charger votre voiture avec des chaises de plage, des jouets, etc. et stationnez-vous dans les dunes.
Cette maison est bien équipée, y compris 2 kayaks doubles que vous pouvez lancer depuis le pont privé et vous diriger vers la baie!

Marchez vers tous les magasins et restaurants de Fenwick Island. Aussi des mini-golfs, un parc aquatique et une piste de karting sont à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons. Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach et Ocean City, Maryland sont tous à une courte distance en voiture.

We have stayed here multiple times. The location is very convenient for the beach, restaurants and local entertainment etc. the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is our go to house whenever we go to Fenwick.

Amazing beach vacation!

We had such a lovely time at this house. The host was a great communicator and the property has such a perfect location on the canal. Quiet but within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved the water activities too! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

The house was perfect for us - plenty of space, wonderful decks/screened in porches, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards with direct canal access. It was easy to check in and out, and it was very clean. The carport made it easy to load and unload our luggage/gear. We loved that there were two outside showers too (no sitting around waiting to rinse off after the beach). We will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Wonderful Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s home. It was clean, comfortable, and had lots of amenities to enjoy. Having the multilevel decks and the dock provided great hang out spots for eating and relaxing in the evening. The location was close to everything…the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Having the parking pass for the dunes was great for my father that has mobility issues.

This is a beautiful, we'll appointed house!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. The amenities from the kayaks, to the bikes, and all the board games, all added for a great week. The house is a very short easy walk to the beach and within walking distance of all the local restaurants and shops. I can't wait to return to this house!

Great time at amazing home in FI

Everything about this home, location, and owners was great. The home is even more comfortable and new than the photos show. This was one of our most relaxing vacations as a family. We enjoyed the relaxing spaces in and outside the home, the kayaks and lots of fishing off the backyard pier. Five stars all around!

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. The house is fully equipped,; has wonderful balconies for every time of the day; and equipment for all sorts of leisure time to include bikes, kayaks, and games etc. we will definitely be back.

Exceptional rental experience

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and again, the accommodations were perfect. The house is clean, well appointed and a nice array of amenities including a large gas grill, kayaks, bikes, and beach equipment. Beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance, Felt like home rather than a rental property. Owners, Kathy and Bob, were wonderful and very accommodating...We look forward to coming back. This house has it all!

This house has it all. Sunrise and sunset views. Comfy beds. We couldn’t use all the equipment provided. We had three different groups of friends join us and they all loved it. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Bright & comfortable home!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very comfortable and had great natural light throughout. The screen porches were fabulous for entertaining. The location was perfect and all of the "toys" were a big bonus! Kathy was very prompt in returning messages. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home on the water!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this gorgeous beach house! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities! We loved how every room had a patio, and we ate dinner on the screened in porch almost every night. They have a fully stocked game closet which the kids really enjoyed. We used the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the canals. It is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and ice cream. The parking permit was an added bonus too! Kathy and Bob are wonderful hosts!
