Cette maison de plage vient d'installer une toute nouvelle piscine privée chauffée. La maison vient d'être décorée par un designer local avec de nouveaux meubles et des œuvres d'art locales. La maison a 6 grands téléviseurs Roku HD. La maison a une grande pièce ouverte et accueillante avec des plafonds cathédrale. 2 grandes terrasses et un porche d'écran. We had a lovely stay in Fenwick at Storm Bait South. Communication prior to our arrival was efficient and timely. The property was exactly as pictured, clean and fully stocked with everything that we needed. The location is excellent, close to lots of food choices and a very easy walk to the beach. We will absolutely return!

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of parking, it was a very short walk to the beach, and the home was very clean. The sheets/towels were not cleaned well, but prompt communication with the host fixed this issue.

Great week with family. Good location with easy walk to beach and shops. Property in very good condition, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Pool was added bonus. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

House looked even better than the listing! Plenty of room for a group of 10. The wagon to load to the beach and extra fridge in the basement was a great surprise! Everything was clean and kitchen had everything needed to cook. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at storm bait! A few things to highlight: There was plenty of space for our party of 10. The house was just a few minutes from the beach entrance with beach chairs and wagon. We really enjoyed having the pool after we were done beaching for the day. Kitchen was fully stocked for nights we cooked in. Check out/check in process was easy. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, modern, spacious, in a perfect location 2 minute walk to the beach, next to Royal Farms and across from Matt’s Fish Camp! Frank was very responsive, kind, and he truly cared for us to have the best stay at his vacation home. The heated pool especially so early in the season was the cherry on top! Thank you and we look forward to returning next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a great location only about a 5 min walk to the beach. The pool is great for relaxing after the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and the kitchen, dining and family area is large and well arranged. We ran into some issues with the pool but Frank was quick to jump in and resolve the issue. Worth checking it out.

Great Beach Location

This house is in a great location, close walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was really nice for days it was to windy on the beach. The house was really nice and clean and the owner was very responsive!!!

Family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The heated pool was absolutely wonderful for our whole family. There are several restaurants within walking distance that were excellent and the beach is a very short walk.

Perfect, serene, beach vacation

The ideal place for every beach weekend! Close enough to the beach for the early risers to walk and catch a sunrise with coffee, quiet enough for the night owls to sleep in, and close enough to everything that we didn’t have to spend a lot of time driving around to get to where things were happening. I will be coming back here for years!

We truly enjoyed our week there. Our host was very responsive. The ad lists a hot tub and that was one of the reasons we picked this property unfortunately there was no hot tub, but not a big deal. The pool was very cloudy through most of the trip but our host kept working on it. I would recommend anyone that stays there will have a lovely time, the property was very nice. I’m sorry we fell short of earning a 5 star. That is our goal for all our guest. Pool was a bit cloudy after the heavy rains. It is crystal clear now. I know you thought this home has a hot top. It never had nor do we advertise as such. Thanks for staying with us

Great Property

The location was great! Within walking distance of the beach and the private pool was perfect!! Frank was very responsive as well! Some minor areas of the home could use a deep clean but the overall cleanliness of the home was good and no major complaints. I would stay at this property again and recommend to others!

Great stay

Great location. Close to all the stores and restaurants. We were worried about the noise from coastal highway but it was never an issue. House is very clean and we loved the large family kitchen table to eat all together. Pool was such a hit with everyone. The owner was so easy to communicate with and was so responsive!

Great place for extended family

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It has plenty of space to spread out and the bedrooms worked well for 6 adults and 3 young children. The location is just a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was perfec for afternoons when the younger children took naps and we wanted to still get outside and enjoy the weather. Frank was very helpful with getting the pool cleaned midweek.
