It’s beautiful 2 level apartment with a sofa bed in the lower level for visitors sleep over and installed oven for baking lovers and the shower has heater for nice warm water and a lovely quiet sleep upstairs.

Beautiful Place, Great Location

We really enjoyed staying here. All appliances up to date and lots of space for cooking. Very fast internet and Smart TV. Very close to several convenience stores, malls, laundromat. Most everything we needed was in walking distance.

Wonderful property, worth its value.

This place is amazing! Beautiful and well designed. It was truely a home away from home. I never met the owner in person but she is available by text constantly to answer questions. The two people in charge of the unit in person are so friendly and welcoming. Providing me their contact info and helping me out with general questions and tips and suggestions about things in the area and answering any questions I had when I needed help understanding things that were new to me. This property is well worth its value. In a great area. It's safe and secured 24 hours a day. It's nice being able to stay in an unknown place and feel completely safe and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Best place to book in Makati

I've seen several units in the area during my stay. This place tops them all. The general areas like lobby and hallways need a little work and look like a 2-star hotel but once you set foot in the unit itself, it's a solid 5-star quality. It's a cozy, compact unit with a ton of space. Extremely great for long term stays. Kitchen appliances are up-to-date and brand new. So many options and settings on the microwave and oven to cook everything perfectly if your big into cooking like I am. The refrigerator is a lot larger than most you'll see in the Philippines, closer to a USA fridge, which allows you to only have to go grocery shopping once a week when you have 3-4 people staying in the unit. Nice desk to get work done, there's a clean water dispenser for drinking and clean water in the kitchen for cooking. The bathroom is pretty compact which is typical in Asia but spacious enough to do everything you need to do. Washing machine is great but if you're on vacation, take advantage of the laundromat downstairs. They will wash, dry, and fold all your clothes, detergent and softener included, for under 400 pesos. I have access to calling or texting the owner whenever I have a specific question, but there are two condo employees onsite that are extremely friendly and provide their information as well if you have questions or needs right away. The building also has lots of security which makes you feel safe as well as cameras in the hallways and elevators.
