Sprawling with two levels of cozy spaces for your group to enjoy your time together along with kitchen and dining essentials, a full size pool table, and a prime location within a short walk to the newly constructed Moonridge Corridor shops, this truly is an unbeatable year round location.

You will love this spacious mountain retreat, featuring knotty pine/beamed ceilings, radiant heat and toasty wood burning fireplaces, plus the necessities from home paired with an added pool table, you will feel like you have your own private mountain lodge to yourselves for your next vacation. Double family rooms offer plenty of sprawling space for the group to enjoy your time together while a fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide all that you need for your home cooked meals including cookware, appliances, a dishwasher, plus a formal dining table for sit down meals. The owners have provided your group with complimentary Cable on both the living room and game room flat screen TVs plus hi speed WIFI internet is provided to ensure you can stay connected while vacationing as well.

Found spacious sleeping quarters and three full bathrooms are the perfect combination for a larger group to enjoy Big Bear together, each room is made up for your group with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels when you arrive for your vacation. Amazing weekend

We have such an amazing time The weather was more than we can expect with the snow storm We ended up staying another night definitely would recommend this place location was perfect.

Good property, but don't overpay for it

The location and layout was great. No laundry and expensive for what we got. The hot water went out while we were there, in the middle of bathing children. It was fixed late that night, but no offer of a break for the inconvenience.

Little to No Hot Water, Parking Issues

Parking is an issue here. When we arrived at the property, we found an official sign at the front of the house listing a maximum of 3 parked cars despite the listing showing 4 and us reserving it for 4 vehicles. The driveway was completely cleared of snow, but it could hold no more than 2 cars (even small ones). There was dirt to the side of the driveway covered in snow and a portion of the yard to the left of the driveway partially covered in 4-6 ft of snow due to the street snow plow that we eventually had to use to park. When we called, we were told multiple incorrect things about where we could park on the property (it seemed no one even knew the layout) yet no one would come out to look at it or help shovel any of the large pile of snow. Thankfully, a friend had a large, 4 wheel drive, truck because that is the only way someone would be able to park there. Even then, I was afraid of being ticketed due to what the sign says, so I sent pictures of the parking arrangement and requested they confirm by email that we would not be ticketed. On top of the parking situation, no one in our group had a hot shower the entire weekend except for one who showered late at night. Otherwise, the water was lukewarm at best even with just one person using it. Other than that, the property was as described. I would not recommend this property and I would prefer not to rent from Big Bear Vacations again after this experience.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
