Each Spinnaker Bay Apartment is perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, and designed for optimum privacy.
This spacious apartment is situated on three levels. The apartment is accessed from the carpark level, up a flight of stairs to the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. A small additional bathroom is also on this level. Then the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities are up a further flight of stairs. Thus allowing amazing views from the living areas and 2 of the 3 bedrooms.
Relax on the balconies or in the private courtyard where the apartment has BBQ facilities for you to enjoy.
Various minimum stays apply over Christmas and New Year period,as well as July & August.
Bedding configurations: Please advise your preference
Options:
Can provide either a Super king double bed or two singles in each bedroom. Please advise when booking, in the "Guest Comment" field.
Important Notice: Please note that lakefront access is currently closed until November 2026 due to infrastructure works being carried out by Queenstown Lakes District Council.
The works involve the installation of a new wastewater pipeline underneath the Frankton Track between Queenstown and Frankton.
During this time, walking access to town should be via the main street route instead of the lakefront track.
