Summary:
This Apartment is perfect for anyone looking to visit Downtown Indianapolis. It has a peaceful atmosphere and provides more Space than your normal hotel stay to stretch out and relax. This apartment is a quick 10 min drive to the convention center, Lucas Oil Stadium, & Bankers Life Fieldhouse. You are within reach of everything downtown has to offer without the hustle and bustle of the busy city.

The Space:
Some Unique features are your own Porch with front door electronic lock self-check-in access after 4 PM. You have free Wi-Fi and a Roku TV where you can access your personal Netflix & Hulu accounts. If you don't subscribe to these streaming services you can still watch your programming with the Antenna option. Just click the picture of the antenna option on the settings screen. The studio is spacious with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The full kitchen has a new gas grill top cast iron stove. We also provide cookware, dishes, & utensils for all of our great guests. Our private parking lot is designated for our guests and is free. It is located directly behind the apartment & will hold a minimum of 4 cars. The futon is the 2nd bed option provided. Additionally, to help plan your stay better please let me know if you planning to use the futon so I can provide linens. These are only provided complimentary after the third person is accounted for with the guest count.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is quite and has mostly families and grandparents as neighbors.

Getting Around:
You may use Uber or Lyft or Taxi. Getting a rental car would also give you the best access to all of what Indy has to offer. Also taking the Bus which has a stop on the main street before turning into the neighborhood our apartment is located.

Other Things to Note:
I welcome new experiences and work hard to provide the best for my family. I thank you in advance for allowing me to be a small part of your travel. Whatever your reason for staying I would love to help make the best of your experience while you are visiting my home.

You get what you pay for
Clean and comfortable bed. Studio apt with no actual living room or dining area. Cheap furniture. Not a single working blind that wasn't broken. Heard every single noise from the upstairs tenants. Rented it for 3 nights. Left after only 1 night due to the poor condition, location and noise level.

Close to Downtown
While the neighborhood and exterior may be a little rundown, the interior was clean and refreshed. The bed and couch were comfortable and there were two TVs. The bathroom was more than adequate and the kitchen had a full size fridge and range. The distance to downtown was a huge plus as you could reach many popular destinations by driving 10 minutes or under. The private parking was nice too. Overall a good experience.

This location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at Lucas Oil Stadium for several days. The proximity to both the stadium as well as fast food places to eat was great! The property was clean (though an interesting kitchen layout), but it was a pleasant stay.

Tidy and satisfactory
I stayed here with my friend for a weekend visit of some mutual friends in the area. The property was clean and accommodating. It is nothing fancy and the neighborhood is a little run down, but it seems a lot of Indianapolis looks like that. The only areas for improvement were that there were not any thick blankets available and the weather dipped into the twenties. We borrowed extra blankets from our friends. Also, the water was hot but only lasted long enough for one person to shower at a time. If you take quick showers it should be fine. We didn't use the TV or kitchen much, mostly ordered takeout and chatted. The couch is very comfy for lounging.
