Our stay was fantastic! Any communication and requests were no problem at all and the apartment itself was great. Close to everything in Brisbane, clean, and well looked after. Would happily stay here again.

Messaged host, no reply for 3 days. Upon check out. The car in the underground car park and the fob needed to get to the car park from level 1. But wanted fob left in the room on checkout which was a inconvenience as had to take the car to the street go back up to room to just leave the key there

A wonderful and comfortable stay

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very luxurious accommodation. The location was excellent with restaurants and services close at hand, as well as excellent walking paths along the river. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Family getaway

Just spent a week in this lovely 3 bedroom unit. It overlooks the pool, which was a big hit with the kids. Great spot for families with a playground in walking distance. Convenience store, bakery, and eateries in the same street.

Host was very good with communication but no assistance from apartment reception staff as the unit was not listed with them.Kitchen and cleaning utensils very old and worn out. No Tupperware or microwave containers available. Front bedrooms were very noisy to sleep in with smokers and uber pick up drop off over night and early morning. No extra linen provided eg bath or pool towels, blankets etcGym was not well equipped and dated.Pool and garden were wonderful. Beds very comfy. Apartment size and balcony were great.

Perfect location to access Brisbane city, the city cats great service except for access to a go card!! minimal information regarding go cards !!! Free Hopper a great service once you worked out which ones they were and what stops they made. Restaurants along the river amazing

Nice and secure carpark though it was a little tight for our large family car. Apartment was lovely and clean, and very nicely renovated. Kitchen had a good supply of cooking equipment/utensils although the smoke alarms were very sensitive. Beds were a little on the hard side but couches were comfy. Air con in the loungeroom wasnt the best.

A little TLC and more in depth cleaning would make a huge difference.

The apartment is well set out and in a very good place to stay with a family. The surrounding Cafes and the Story Bridge Hotel are both great places to eat and have a drink. The attention to detail was slightly lacking with the lack of glassware ( only two tumblers available and they were plastic )and flat batteries in the remote and the curtains were not hanging properly. These issues didn't stop us from having an enjoyable stay but would have been nice not to have them

Description of Property is a bit mis-leading - advertised that apartment is fully air-conditioned when this is not in fact correct - 1 out of 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned - 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans only. The 2 rooms with ceiling fans were exceptionally hot to the point where we had to move mattresses to living area. Quite a bit of the kitchenware needs replacing (tea towels, frypans, crockery etc).
