The magic starts with the view: magnificent vistas of Table Rock Lake from two sprawling decks, plus comfy outdoor living and dining areas for taking in the view.

Next, the perks: your own private, indoor pool and spa. Yep, you read right—an indoor pool you don’t have to share with someone else’s kids!

If your kids do want to make new friends, you also have access to the neighborhood outdoor swimming pool (with waterslide) a short walk away, along with a splash pad and pickleball court. The neighborhood indoor swimming pool is just two streets over.

Then there’s the interior design: inspired by our love of Scotland and a vision of a Modern Castle on the banks of the lake in the Ozark highlands. 😍

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD

Only 2 minutes to Table Rock Lake and 10 minutes to the Strip, plus no more than 25 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.

Our community of Branson Cove is right off Hwy. 265, and next to the State Park Marina, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.

SWIMMING POOLS, PLAYGROUND, PICKLEBALL COURT, PATH TO LAKE

Yes, plural is correct -- there are two pools in the neighborhood that you have access to! Both the heated indoor pool and the outdoor swimming pool are a quick walk from the front door, plus the outdoor pool has a super fun water slide and a kids splash area.

The kiddo's playground and the pickleball court are next to the outdoor pool.

The path to the lake is at the bottom corner of the neighborhood. The trailhead is a little steep, but then it's an easy downhill trek to a quiet cove you may splash, wade, and fish in.

ADDITIONAL INFO

🐶 $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.

💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

🚗 Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

🆔 We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.

If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.

**The free tickets are per stay (not per person) and not available as a single ticket on its own.

To redeem the free tickets, you would purchase the tickets for that show or attraction for your whole group through us (Ex: if you have 10 people and were to choose Silver Dollar City for your free ticket in Group B, you would pay for 9 tickets but receive 10 tickets)
