Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re glad to hear the outdoor area was a highlight for your group and that there was plenty of seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the space together. We’re also happy the pool was clean and provided a nice way to cool off on a hot day! We’re sorry the hot tub wasn’t working during your stay, and we appreciate your understanding and positive attitude about having plenty of other things to enjoy. We know how disappointing it can be when an amenity you’re looking forward to isn’t available, so your understanding truly means a lot to us. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope you made some wonderful memories during your visit and would love the opportunity to welcome you back for another Branson getaway!

Multiple large common areas, eight bedrooms spread across three floors, multiple decks with nice views of Table Rock Lake, great layout for our multi-family gathering. The house was perfect for a large family vacation. The entertainment amenities were fabulous for the young adults. The house was in a fabulous location with great proximity to Branson amenities and attractions. Loved the home. It’s a bit dated, things throughout the home need repairs. But we would rent again. Very relaxing, pool great, hot tub great. All the fun you can think of is downstairs. Grand daughter loved the Karaoke. We had a mix up between Vrbo and rent Branson. You can rent from both of them but different priced. We rented at first through Vrbo and that cost us . Our mistake?

Family Gathering

The family really enjoyed the property. The 8 King Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms were a super fit for the family. Everyone really enjoyed the game room with all the games provided. The kitchen was big and well equipped. The view out the back of the big room of the Table Rock Lake area was amazing. The Hot Tub was enjoyed by most of the family members. The Rent Branson Personnel were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We will use this property again.

Very Spacious

Fantastic view and Spacious common areas for our family of 7 adults and 4 children. Beds and linens were great. Kitchen was very well stocked. Beautiful dining tables. House is older, but you can tell things have been and are still being updated. Downstairs bedrooms have no closet, which inconvenient if you don't like living out of your suitcase. Pool is beautiful, about 4' all the way around.

Nice view

The view was great, the bedrooms were large and comfortable. We had 15 people and only 8 place settings for dinner, had to buy more the day of arrival. They didn't have wash cloths in all bathrooms. Both items were resolved the following Tuesday.

Called........no help. Said they would find out...........no help. Said they would send someone out to help us.............No one showed. Will never book again. Lots of money......no help.

Our family of 11 (5 teenagers) spent a week in this house. It was very hot so the pool was a hit. The house is just okay. The interior appears rundown. Outside furniture is old, dirty and some pieces broken. Dishes and glasses are okay; pot and pans are questionable. A lot of bath and pool towels but no kitchen towels. No hot pads in the kitchen. Ran out of propane while grilling! Maybe a backup propane should be left on deck? To access pool area required you to go down basement stairs in house (narrow/steep). My husband couldn’t use master suite on main floor because of a step from bedroom to bathroom. Navigating that at night with a walker would be disastrous. We have used VRBO several times in Minnesota and Wisconsin. This house was a disappointment compared to previous rentals.

Overall nice stay but could use some work

The best thing about this house is the view. It's gorgeous and the deck is very nice and sitting outside with our family was lovely. The house is quite spacious and it was one of the few places I could find that had eight bedrooms all with king size bed. The downstairs has one very small bathroom shared by three bedrooms but the rest of the the downstairs space is great and my family really enjoyed the pop-a- shot, Pool table, etc. I will say the property is photographed very well and may be slightly misleading. It certainly gives more "old lake house" Vibes throughout the majority of the house when you get in there. There is old carpet throughout a lot of the house and a lot has not been updated. A big ledge over the front door full of old stuffed animals and dead bugs, etc. Not that we would necessarily mind this for a lake trip it just kind of is presented a little bit differently through the pictures on the app. The most frustrating thing was that for high priced Airbnb I felt like there were a lot of simple touches that we often see that were lacking. For example there is a large beautiful deck but only two pieces of rusty old patio furniture. Not sure why there wouldn't be seating provided for a house that sleeps 16+ people. Luckily everyone in our group bought camp chairs otherwise I'm not sure where anyone would've sat. Kitchen utensils and such were very limited and low end. We may stay again if we do not have another option but not a five star for me.

Home was ideal for a group of 17 individuals ranging in age from 11 to 82. Plenty of space to spread out, more than adequate dining space, view of the lake was amazing, pool was great for warmer days and as a focal point for socializing. Communication with management was easy and responses quick. Highly recommend this location!!
