Beautiful Condo so close to the ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious for 8 people with plenty of room to sit in the living room, play games and reminisce about the day at the beach. The kitchen table was large and the barstools at the counter made it easy for everyone to enjoy. The bedrooms were good size with plenty of space for your stuff. The balcony was great for relaxing in the morning or having a drink in the evening. The pool was clean and the storage unit was a big +.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third year that I have rented this condo. Location, facilities are perfect for us. (Five adults 3 children) Overpriced for sure. You’re probably going to think I’m nitpicking when I say there’s no TV to speak of because of the lack of decent WI-FI reception. It’s a part of existence in today’s world. You have to supply your own toilet paper. That’s right I said it. Also bath towels, wash cloths, are at a premium. There are a wash machine and dryer available in the condo. If the rental fee keeps going up I probably will have to look elsewhere. You have to draw a line somewhere!

This condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was clean and well appointed. Plenty of space both indoor and outdoors. The pool was a perk I didn’t know I’d love so much. Just steps from the beach and a block away from bike rentals, this condo was ideal. The storage room had chairs and beach items that were handy. There is a bike rack but I forgot my bike lock but they luckily fit in the storage room. Overall a great choice and will look to stay here again next time.

Crest Vacation

We really enjoyed this property. Great location to the beach. Large common living area. Biggest critique would be the windows for the from bedrooms. The blinds are not nearly enough to block out the light from the Royal Hawaiian next door. Would suggest adding curtains in those rooms.

Lovely week at the Jersey shore

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is as pictured. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located to shops and bicycle rental but not to close that the traffic and noise is an issue. The storage closet on the ground level is very helpful. My only suggestion is supplying actual blankets. There are no blankets at all. There is only the sheets and a very light comforter which is nice for aesthetics but not comfortable for sleeping. Also, if you are bringing to cars the parking spots assigned are very short, in other words two SUV's will stick out considerably as the assigned spots are tandem. Very nice condo, very clean. we would stay there again.

Wildwood Days

The property is lovely and the condo was very nice! Plenty of space and comfortable setting. The view was not great and the street was pretty hectic but overall a good experience!

Wonderful condo for family vacations!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was perfect for my family of four. It had all of the amenities we needed for the week and it was a quiet and comfortable home away from home. Our only complaint about the Vista Mar property itself, compared to other nearby condos that we have stayed at over the years, is that the door outside of the elevator lobby was propped open all week and the stairwell exit door was also unlocked our entire stay. Every other condo rental property that we have stayed at in the Crest have all required use of a security code to either enter the elevator lobby or to use the elevator itself and none of the exterior stairwell doors were ever unlocked on the ground floor either. Not having that combined security, left us feeling a bit uncomfortable that anyone could easily show up outside our door who was not a resident/rentee of the building. It was as though we were staying at a regular hotel/motel in that regard whereas the condo properties usually tend to offer a bit more security for their owners/rentee’s, which guests like us appreciate. Aside from those two complaints, we otherwise enjoyed our week at this property.
