The large yard is a great space for kids and a dog to play! Spend the afternoon on the land exploring Hawknest’s State Park, on the water kayaking and fishing from Muddy Creek all the way to Jack Knife Beach, or getting your saltwater fix at Forest or Cockle Cove Beaches. This home features a modern kitchen--newly renovated with a soft seafoam colored backsplash, crisp white countertops and cabinets, and gleaming Stainless Steel appliances. Enjoy a family meal at the indoor dining table or outside on the back patio (complete with an Outdoor Heater to keep you warm even on those chilly shoulder-season nights!) After dinner, get comfy on the oversized sectional and watch TV, or head into the bonus room to play a competitive board game with the family. Between the kitchen and the dining room, you’ll also find the first of two full bathrooms-- simple, clean, and boasting a beautiful white subway tile shower.

When your eyelids are heavy and it’s time to rest, head upstairs and disperse into the three bedrooms. The first of three bedrooms has a Queen bed, closet, and dresser. Head back towards the stairs and pass the second bedroom on the right and spot the third bedroom across the hall. Both these bedrooms also include classic Cape Cod wicker furnishings, closets, and dressers. Window A/Cs in each bedroom will help keep you cool, even on the hottest days of summer too! Between the two twin bedrooms sits the second full bathroom-- painted stormy blue and featuring a second sparkling white subway tile shower.
