We had a great stay and the place really felt like home away from home. It was spacious, sparking clean, and well stocked. The location was central for visits to Brewster, Chatham, Provincetown, the beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, etc., and a huge Stop and Shop was a convenient 5 minutes away. Thank you so much for providing such a comfortable “nest” for my family’s post-Labor Day stay!

This home was amazing for our family. My boys loved the game room and media room with bar. My husband and I loved that private back deck. It had everything we needed and more. Can not wait to come back next year.

A wonderful family home base! Our extended family love staying here. It is perfectly clean and comfortable, and everything we need is provided. It’s also very spacious. The living room can seat all 8 of us, but the older kids especially like the large basement for movies and gaming, and the chance to have some space to themselves now and then. Location is good too, as it’s off the main drag so it’s an easy drive to the beach, shopping, mini-golf, a playground for the littles, restaurants and Sundae School for ice cream. Also importantly, communication with Laura is great - before, during and after the stay. We plan to return!

My family of 5 just returned from our week in Cape Cod and we had a relaxing, peaceful stay. This home is set in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to many different beaches, restaurants, and shops. Our little boys absolutely loved the basement- the game room and movie room were a hit! The yard is spacious and the shed contains all of the beach equipment and yard games you’ll need. This home included every item we needed and then some! The owners truly have thought of everything. When we arrived, the home was absolutely spotless and checking in was extremely easy. We had zero issues during our stay, felt comfortable and safe and right at home! Thank you for a wonderful vacation, we hope to return!

The house was well maintained and well stocked. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom as well as beach stuff. Two of the bedrooms’ sheets were dirty, host said previous guests didn’t strip them. The window unit air conditioners were very loud and had to be turned off to sleep. There were construction for new sewer line in front of the property, and had been for three or more weeks with at least a two weeks notice prior to starting. This was communicated four hours before the check-in and host did give a 75 gift card to Stop&Shop. The construction started at 6:30am, blocked the driveway (parked on another side street a few times) and shook the entire house for 3-4 hrs a day. That was out the control of the host and unlikely to be repeated, but we do wish to get notified ahead of time before the final payment so we could have considered other plans.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay!! We are always trying to improve the house without going over the top, thus being able to maintain fair rates that families can afford. We are updating the kitchen, completely replacing it, but the supply chain issues caused that to be pushed off until the fall since the kitchen is not arriving until July. When we do the kitchen, we will also be replacing the floors in all the main living areas on the first floor.

This is our 4th year staying here. It feels like coming home. The house is clean and filled with everything we need. We love the game room in the basement and all of the lawn games in the shed. The hosts are amazing. We’ll be back next year!

This is our 3rd year booking this rental. We love the house, and the location is great. The house is beyond clean with tons of beach stuff to use. The renter is great, friendly and has great communication. The hkuse is perfect in every way. We already cant wait until next year.

Family Vacation

We loved this unit! The house was the most well stocked rental we have ever visited. The owner was very communicative. We enjoyed the theater room and all of the games and sports equipment. We hope to return to Cape Cod and definitely stay in this home again.
