Quiet area with an active boating scene. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge upstairs to take advantage of views over the sea. Fully fenced back yard with heated swim/spa perfect for adults and children. Al-fresco dining and seating with BBQ and bar fridge. Located right after the Phillip Island Bridge with fabulous restaurants, shopping and a park both in Newhaven & San Remo. 1 min walk to Newhaven Bakery & Cafe & 5 min walk to Saltwater Restaurant at the Jetty. 5 to 10 minutes walk to multiple beaches. Book a massage at Island Healing 1 minute walk. Bike Trails hug the coast. 20 mins drive and you can explore the whole Island. Linens & towels provided.

Perfect relaxing stay as always

Love staying here every year. So relaxing and quiet with the best view. Has everything we need with the deck and swim spa getting a lot of use. Always so clean and the host and cleaner are friendly and always helpful.

Great location and property

Had a group of overseas visitors , young and old plus pet, and everyone had a great stay. Location was fantastic, property was also great for a biggier group. Would have loved to stay a few more nights!

Beautiful place and great location

We have couple of families over the weekend and was a perfect house for us. The swim spa was great with the kids. Also had plenty of space upstairs.

Excellent place for families

We had 2 families, 4 adults, 3 teens stay over the long weekend, this place had everything we needed and more. The only thing that could be improved was a bigger bed in the second bedroom, but that's being picky. Swim spa was a huge hit!

A room with a view

Fantastic view from living areas and perfect balcony, relaxing atmosphere, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the spa. Everything you would want for a holiday.
