2020 Winner of the prestigious Sand Dollar Award Southwest Florida!

Entertaining family and friends was a top priority for this investor. The open first floor living area allows for large gatherings and the wall of disappearing slider doors provides an easy transition to the spacious outdoor living areas. The second floor offers guests a private retreat with personal balconies, private bathrooms and a family room loft area. Special features abound in this 4,600 square foot (under air) island villa. The office doubles as a guest room with a custom built fold-down Murphy bed concealed within the wall of bookcases. One of our favorite features is the kitchens hidden walk-in pantry, that nearly doubles as a back kitchen. Many more custom elements were incorporated into the design, making this vacation home truly spectacular.

The Perfect Family Vacation

This home was simply amazing. We spent a week in this home with four adult children, two spouses, and one grandchild and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was beautifully and uniquely decorated, providing us with a special vacation experience. Once we walked in, everyone agreed to cancel some of the plans we had made because nobody wanted to leave the house. There is a great outdoor space for grilling and we certainly took advantage of that. There was a large outdoor table for us to enjoy these home-cooked meals and a great common space outside to sit by the fire, catch up, and enjoy quality time together. The pool overlooked a canal and the hot-tub and generous shallow area didn't hurt. We loved the technology throughout the home including the entertainment system and remote pool operation. The property managers were very communicative and answered all questions as they arose. I simply cannot say enough about the house. As we reflect on our trip, we can simply find nothing wrong about the house and the entire experience (including renting baby furniture and beach equipment). We will definitely be back!!

Spring Break

The property itself was great but the location is not ideal if you actually want to utilize the outdoor space. The property offers a beautiful outdoor pool, hot tub, sitting area and corn hole game. However, the noise ordinance does not allow for actual enjoyment of these areas on the property since the neighbors continuously complain of any noise levels. The Noise Ordinance 21-14 states that between 7:00am and 9:00pm that the decibels must be 68 dBA or less. Normal average human conversation is between 65-68 dBA and if you laugh or have multiple conversations occurring at the same time, it can easily exceed the 68 dBA. With these types of restrictions and the neighbors complaining, the beautiful property quickly becomes very undesirable especially for the cost of $24,000 per week. In addition, we were only allowed to have three vehicles in the driveway. With a property that sleeps 12-people, this is very limiting since all persons in our house could drive. In addition, we had a catered dinner one evening for which the staff had vehicles and we received compliant from the neighbors regarding the number of vehicles present. It became very apparent to us that while the homeowner likes the revenue that the property can provide, the HOA and neighbors are not welcoming.

Lovely property beautifully appointed

We really enjoyed our week here. Nice beds, bathrooms, Beautifully decorated, with many features. Why only 4 stars? -because I was annoyed with the strict clean up and clothes washing policy. I spent quite a bit of money, and wasn't expecting to strip beds and wash sheets and towels, empty trash, not leave clean dishes in dishwasher, etc. The funny line was start the night before. Ok, so where would I sleep, if I started washing sheets the night before. I have a high end rental on the island of Nantucket, and there is NO way I would expect or ask renters paying these high prices to do this. No, I am not leaving a mess, but why am I doing all the cleaners work. And if they are there as long as they say, they can certainly handle the wash, and trash, dishwasher, etc. Yes, I can afford to pay extra to have them do it, but why should I on top of what I already paid. So I was up at 545 making sure everything got taken care of.

Absolutely Beautiful

The home was just beautiful. I have rented many homes over the years, but nothing has compared with this one. The furnishings were very high end (not what you usually see in rental properties). Many extras professional grade ice machine, full size refrigerator and a freezer side by side in the kitchen., many different kitchen utensils, storage containers, spices. There was also no shortage of towels, and beach towels for all of us(12 people). They had 2 sets of washers and dryers. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.
