Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just wrapped up a great spring break stay here, would definitely come back! The house, while not huge, has everything you need, especially when you consider that you'll spend the majority of time in the huge pool and at the beach. Highly recommend!

Mostly enjoyable home but the pool required constant cleaning since there is no cover so we only used it a few times. Home was clean and pretty nice for the money. Neighborhood was only okay, not one of the nicer parts is Marco.

Good place. Pool area is great. Its weird that we had to go pick up our keys to access the property at a local office building in downtown Marco, which defeats the idea of VRBO imo. Gas bottles were empty for the grill. Overall 4.5 out of 5. Great stay. Would do it again.

First the property was perfect for what we needed. The "price" was great. But the fees ended up being almost as much as the property. But I love that it was pet friendly. The pool was wonderful. The beds are very basic, thin memory foam. The couch comfortably fits two people and the dining room chairs were comfortable. Some other reviews mentioned the small coffee maker and only one tv, that has since been resolved. My only complaint is that a majority of the outlets didn't work. The two plugs in the kitchen didn't work, had to take the coffee pot to the living room to plug it in. The outlets in the master bathroom didn't work, at either sink. So to blow dry my hair I had to go in the bedroom or living room. But overall I would stay here again.

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved this home! The layout was perfect and the neighborhood was excellent! With having children and younger dogs, I was worried about being in a new location with new sounds and lots of new people. But the neighborhood was very quiet and calm. The house was very clean and the pool was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Perfect home rental for a couple who want a lap pool and a pet

Marco Island Vacation Property Rentals - Disaster!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From day one, not happy with cleanliness, amenities, couch stained and dirty, I had to cover with a blanket once I washed the blanket! BLACK DOG HAIR, all over the house from inside the dryer to beds to floors, & kitchen counters! Dishes were not clean, knives were rusty.....new glassware and mugs still had price tags on them along with every piece of furniture, and decor in the house. So tacky!

As you know, we offered to immediately send housekeeping back to address any concerns, but you declined. We then refunded you part of your cleaning fee as a good faith gesture. The property owner recently purchased this property, then fully furnished it, and outfitted it with everything new. They apologize for any forgotten stickers or tags on items. What a great Deltona House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 3 weeks and then extended for another week because we enjoyed it so much. The house is as described and centrally located, with convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool is roughly 45'x12' and goes from 3' to 6' deep. This is an older, island original, Deltona-style home that has been nicely updated and remodeled. We brought our two goldens, and while it can get to be quite hot on Marco, they were able to comfortably walk in the morning and evening, and the travertine tile flooring throughout the entire house kept them cool during the day. Andrew at the management company was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Check-in was simple, and we received text nudges on arrival and departure so we knew what to expect while staying at the house. Samoa Street is mostly full-time residents who are very nice and sociable. Adding this house to our list of places to stay while on Marco!
