Charmant Oceanfront Cottage at Schoolhouse Plage

Profitez d'une escapade romantique pour deux ou apporter famille et les amis - de toute façon, vous aurez un temps merveilleux dans notre charmant chalet en bord de mer. Pour les actifs, la plage est à quelques pas - votre kite, pique-nique, construire des chùteaux de sable, explorer les cuvettes ou plongée pour les ormeaux. Pour la plus passive, siroter une boisson fraßche sur la terrasse et profiter de la vue spectaculaire ou détendez-vous en face de la cheminée avec un bon livre.

Notre maison est bien adapté pour deux couples - deux des chambres ont chacune un lit queen et vue sur l'océan. Il ya une 3Úme chambre avec lits jumeaux et une taniÚre avec futon plein écran si vous apportez la famille. Tous les draps sont fournis. Il ya aussi des jouets de plage, serviettes, chaises, matériel de pique-nique, beaucoup de livres et des jeux pour tous les ùges - et l'accÚs Internet haute vitesse sans fil.

La cĂŽte nord de la Californie est beau et relaxant et vous ne devez pas quitter la maison du tout - mais si vous le faites, vous trouverez des activitĂ©s presque illimitĂ©es pour remplir vos journĂ©es. La rĂ©gion possĂšde de nombreux villages pittoresques, des boutiques et des galeries remplies d'arts et d'artisanat local, des restaurants servant des fruits de mer fabuleux, caves magnifiques, des sites historiques et de merveilles naturelles en abondance. Juste ĂȘtre sĂ»r de revenir pour les couchers de soleil incroyables!

Notre maison confortable est rempli d'antiquités et de meubles confortables. Nous pensons que vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Nous avons des visiteurs qui sont retournés année aprÚs année avec leur famille et les amis, et maintenant penser à la maison comme leur deuxiÚme maison. Nous espérons que vous aussi! The Great Escape

This beach house has sweeping views of the ocean and you cannot beat the location. Literally a walk across the street and down a path to the sand. This house has everything plus so many extras and just thoughtful items. The owner is kind and accessible. Such a good relaxing time.

Well-equipped beach house

Friends gathered to celebrate January birthdays. Everything was perfect — the location, the weather (absolutely gorgeous), the accommodations! The house had everything we could’ve wished for and much more. Great assortment of movies, games, and more to keep folks of all ages entertained. The host was very communicative and gracious. OMGosh where do I start
we have always looked at this neighborhood and talked about how awesome the location is. This is the first time we have actually stayed here and this home made our stay even better than we imagined. The home was very clean, beds were warm and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were beyond well stocked. Internet was good and our Verizon cell phone had no trouble. The communication with the host was exceptional, even on the holiday. We are already planning our next trip here.

Perfect Getaway

The beach house is very clean, homey, comfortable, full of ammenities, and supplies. It's perfect for a large family, group of people, or a couple. It has large and clean windows to see beautiful Schoolhouse Cove. The bed we used was more comfortable than our Tempurpedic! We didn't want to leave! If you stay during cold weather, bring space heaters for the bathrooms. The rest of the house is very comfortable with the use of modern split level heat and airconditioners.

Amazing Ocean Oasis

This is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Nina the host was so informative and helpful and available. The house is so thoughtfully decorated and designed. Right on the cliffs, Everything you could want

The photos are accurate - you really have this cliff-side view of the ocean for whale watching or crashing wave watching, right from your window or patio chair. Huge windows from all front rooms let you dream away watching waves as you have breakfast, listen to the TV, read on the patio or chat over sodas and chips. The owners have stocked everything you could ever want in the drawers, cupboards and closets, from cooking condiments to soaps to games and books to Keurig coffee fixin’s to utensils and dishware. They haven’t forgotten flashlights, binoculars, extra batteries and lovely conversation-piece decor. Large rooms, separate temperature controls, comfy beds, new furniture. I enjoyed the high stools at the bar at one end of the living room where I could watch the waves and the cable movies at the same time while I ate my take-out chowder and bbq ribs. We didn’t bring our dog this time, but there is ample space for potty breaks. The owner spoke by phone when I had questions, a very pleasant and happy person, humble about her wonderful property. We felt safe, comfortable and as at-home as you possibly could. Just a few minutes’ drive down to Bodega Bay for shopping, whale tours and dining, and maybe 15-20 minute drive up to Jenner for more beautiful shops and coastal scenery. I can’t think of a thing I’d change about this spacious and scenic home.

I currently produce video biographies of seniors, interviewing them and recording some of their family history and stories so they can be permanently saved on DVD for future generations.

I have helped raise 7 children. I love to read, garden, dance, travel and practically have my own personal zoo. I am a gatherer of information about almost anything. And I have an incredible husband, Jeff, who puts up with all my nonsense.

My parents bought the cottage more than 50 years ago. It is the closest beach community to the Sacramento area. It is close to San Francisco, Sausalito, Berkeley, Napa Valley and Sonoma wine country. I grew up spending vacations there and so did my children. It is a great place to share with family and friends.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is only a minute out the front door down the path onto the beach. But if you don't feel like a walk, you can lie in bed, sit on the sofa or at the dining room table, or out on the deck and have a wonderful view of the ocean and the waves crashing on the rocks. I never tire of the wonderful sunsets - every one is different but terrific in its own way.

And the most amazing thing - you can actually see millions of stars because the night sky is so dark. We also have deer, lots of shorebirds, and great tidepools.
