Lovely three bedroom home available all year long for vacation rental.
King size bed in master bedroom, twin beds in guest room and queen size bed in the other guest room. Very comfortable living and dining area combined with table for 4 and a flat screen tv. Kitchen is spacious and has an eat in area with seating for 4. Everything you need to enjoy your visit. Screened in lanai on the back of the house. Nice quiet enclosed back yard. Bicycles and golf cart for your pleasure to use during your stay. Pool in the area.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

The golf cart needs attention. Tune up? Master br shower has leak when shower on Peacock was constantly asking for passcode for non descript shows Great location near Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. Clean, beds comfortable

Very nice for the price. The villa was great in a central local. 1st time to visit The Villages and had a great time visiting friends there. Great Golf, attended a hilarious play, The Outsider, at one of the local community centers.

Best. Experience. EVER

Every detail was attended to. House was immaculate when we arrived. We had a long stay, and was able to use a housekeeper provided by the Property Manager. No hassle, and great peace of mind! Linens were excellent quality. The kitchen had all necessities plus some. Duel fuel stove, modern appliances. Nightlights for safety, every detail taken care of. Had no problem with the golf cart. We did not use the bicycles though they were available. Simply wonderful experience.

Very comfortable stay

This home is beautiful. Decor was tasteful and lovely. Communication was respectful and prompt. Major plus: This home was immaculately clean. Has everything you need. Extra parking right across from home. Neighborhood was quiet. We had a little trouble returning key in garage lock box. Had to youtube it. Only suggestion...secure the key in a system that is easier to use. This is truly a lovely home to stay in.

Outstanding Residence

This villa was ideally located in The Villages, very clean, well equipped with a great golf cart. All three bedrooms were very comfortable. The only negative was the lack of available TV channels - for example CNN, FOX and ESPN were not available. I would rent this property again.

Great home and location. Close to everything. Only problem was getting entry code. ReMax kept me waiting 45 minutes and I had to call three times. Not the owners fault.

The property was exactly as advertised.

The property was very close to Sumpter landing and several golf courses. The master bathroom was very nice, but the second bathroom was really small. I have never seen the kind of lock box that was used to hold the key needed to enter the property. No instructions were given for its use prior to arrival. I did finally figure out how to open the box, but couldn't get it locked again. A call to property management was answered promptly, and someone quickly came to provide help.
