Spacious, renovated, historic Biltmore Village condo is perfect for your Asheville visit. Located very close to the entrance to the famed Biltmore Estate, this beautiful condo is a short ride into downtown Asheville. This large two king bedroom and two bathroom condo has a bonus room with a twin over full bunk bed and television AND a sleeper sofa in the living room, so you can bring the whole family or friend group! There is plenty to see and do in Western North Carolina, starting with downtown Asheville and the South Slope Brewery District. A short drive will also get you to the Upper River Arts District.

My family and in-laws enjoyed this property while visiting Asheville. The condo was large with plenty of space for the 7 of us. It was in a nice neighborhood in Biltmore Village with great access to Biltmore Estates, and only a short drive to downtown. I’d recommend this space and would stay again.

The rooms are very spacious! Kitchen was great. Felt safe in the building. Loved being able to park and go right inside versus a hotel. Our kids loved the bunk room! Overall a lovely experience and much better than 2 hotel rooms - we will be back!

Very spacious condo. In addition to the two bedrooms listed here both with king beds, there is a bonus room through one of the bedrooms that has bunk beds (twin over full). Location was great, within minutes of so many things including biltmore. Definitely would return back again. Management was great to communicate with. Highly would recommend the place.

This was a really nice (& spacious) unit. Traveling with wife, daughter and her 2 friends. Everyone had space to spread out while in unit. My wife and I had our own room with bath and the girls the same. Kitchen was well equipped to make our own meals (even though we mostly ate out). The check-in and check-out communication and procedures were easy to follow. The management team was very responsive throughout our visit. We noticed a problem with a toilet not working properly on our first night but this was remedied without issue the next day by the time we got back from our day out sightseeing. Surrounding area appears to still be refurbing from storms a couple of years ago so there are limited dining and shopping options around the unit; nevertheless, there are still options. There is a sweet little cafe around the corner, Burial brewing about a 1/4 mile away (we walked without issue), as well as some other dining options (that we did not have a chance to visit - Corner Kitchen smelled so good).Most everything we did was about a 15 minute drive and easy to get to from the unit. Great unit for our time I spent in Asheville.

Awesome location perfect big place

Our family loved staying here! It was walking distance to a bunch of stuff and Finch's grocery right around the corner was great for snacks between meals. Super clean spacious place, thanks!
