With two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one featuring a luxurious king bed and its own en-suite bathroom—this space is ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. A second stylish bedroom also includes a king-sized bed, and there’s an additional full bathroom for added convenience.

The living room features a comfortable pull-out couch for extra sleeping space, and a blow-up mattress is available upon request to accommodate additional guests.

Although it’s attached to the homeowners’ residence below, the space is completely private with its own separate entrance and no shared interior spaces. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to a private backyard, separate from the residents’, providing a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. and explore Asheville.

Great location for easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and stores in West Asheville. We really enjoyed the location. Host was very communicative and responsive. Only thing we would note is caution for travelers with pet allergies.

Great property & location. It’s accurately described and looks just like the photos. The only negative is the amount of stairs to get into the property and then again up to the master bedroom. I’d definitely stay here again, but would pack a lot lighter.

Easy check in and check out. Property was clean, had all the typical needs in terms of towels, silverware, coffeemaker, laundry, etc. Large couch, dining table. King beds with walkout deck upstairs. Great stay at this West Asheville home! I traveled with a coworker for a work trip, and the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout was ideal. It gave us both plenty of space and privacy while still being comfortable to share.The home was well-maintained with a comfortable, inviting aesthetic. Everything felt thoughtfully put together, and the beds were especially comfy, perfect for recharging after long conference days! The location was also a big plus, with easy access to all the West Asheville spots, while still quiet and relaxing.Casey was an excellent host, responsive, thoughtful, and quick to resolve a small check-in hiccup.Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the West Asheville area!

Overall the property was clean and just as pictured. The vanities in both bathrooms are on the smaller side so there's some working around that, but otherwise it's a great stay. The host was also incredibly responsive so that's always a plus.

Walkable location to restaurants on Harwood in West Asheville. Short drive to RAD, Biltmore and NC Arboretum.Very comfortable clean 2 bed 2 bath unit that maximizes shared space. Appreciated fireplace and quality comfortable sitting for 4 adults. In warmer weather, would have enjoyed outdoor private decks.

The house is very comfortable and perfect location to enjoy and explore West Asheville. All the West Asheville restaurants and bars are within walking distance. It’s also very close to all the other Asheville attractions like the Biltmore. Other than our side trip to Gatlinburg TN, everything that we wanted to do was within a 15 minute’s drive. Downtown is just 5 minutes from the house.We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Asheville.

Wonderful Home with a Perfect Location!

This property was exactly what we needed for a week and a half in Asheville. Really walkable for all West Asheville hotspots, and a really nice yard for our dog. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the house has really great amenities. Casey also couldn’t have been nicer, and was super responsive. This was all in-all a really great experience and I’d fairly stay here again!

We had a wedding in Asheville and were visiting for the weekend. The host, Casey, thought of every detail possible. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. No detail was left unturned, and though this location is pet friendly, you wouldn’t know it from how well it’s been maintained and cleaned. Casey was always responsive if we had any questions and provided some great recommendations for nearby restaurants which were easy to walk to. This is a great location and we will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Asheville.

My friends and I had a great tip exploring Asheville and this location was a quick drive to the River Arts District and tubing down the French Broad River. My pups loved the backyard and the pet-friendly fence. The home was clean and thoughtfully decorated! Our host was great at communication and very helpful!

I would have given this place more stars if I could. The house is absolutely gorgeous, very clean and equipped. The beds are soooo comfy. It was an absolute pleasure being in this house. We had a lot of fun, and the only regret was not renting it for longer. Hope to be back soon.

The house was very nice and up to date. Landscaping in front of t yard nice Very convenient to River Arts District and restaurants ,i.e, Sunny Point, Golden Pineapple, Itto Ramen and OWL, . Loved staying here and we love this area in West Asheville. Look forward to staying here again in the future. There are steps to enter house and steps to master bedroom in case of anyone with mobility challenges. Love the neighbors, neighborhood and convenience to many restaurants.
