Set within an owner-occupied home, this private single-room suite offers its own separate street or building entrance, giving you a sense of independence while staying in a residential setting. Inside, the space is arranged for comfort and ease, with a king bed, soft bed linens, and essentials provided for your stay. A dedicated workspace with Wifi makes it simple to keep up with work or plan your days.

The suite includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with bathroom essentials and a hair dryer. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your visit.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy the patio or balcony and backyard - an open space on the property where you can get some fresh air or unwind after a day out. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils is available, offering a relaxed way to spend time outdoors.

Free driveway parking on premises - 1 space - is included, and self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival.
