Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff are amazing. Every need was met, from the smallest, to the largest. We were a large group making countless changes to reservations, excursions, and the staff was on top of every need and change.

Unfailingly professional friendly helpful and responsive. The position on 7 mile beach is unbeatable.

Dennis our concierge was amazing going above and beyond to make the trip the most wonderful filling all our needs from getting groceries delivered to scheduling wonderful trips- he went as far as to go shopping for my daughter for a hat she wanted. We will definitely be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at the Residences are uniformly top notch. They are polite, kind, helpful and personable. When we arrived the unit was spotless. It has all the usual equipment for everyday life and then some. We could not figure out how to work the Keurig coffee machine. The construction noise from Bar Jack never stopped and went on seven days a week. No break on Sundays. Very disruptive and unsettling. There were times we could not talk to each other. We were not warned of this beforehand. Unfortunately, the condo across the hall from us was also under construction with the same noise problems. The pool staff were, as always, helpful and personable. If you could get past the construction noise, it was a very nice, high end vacation.
