We now feature an infrared Sauna and chilled Ice Bath for use at anytime! Especially convenient in the winter months. Enjoy a “Cabin Fever “getaway now! Escape to your own private oasis with our stunning stand-alone studio. Equipped with a refreshing plunge pool, sauna and chilled ice bath, also a day bed exclusively for guests' use, the studio is situated in a tranquil neighborhood for a peaceful stay. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. Relax and unwind in front of the Smart TV, featuring Netflix and other free-to-air apps, while the air conditioning keeps you cool and comfortable or warm and cosy as required. EV charging available by arrangement.
Enjoy a super comfortable queen bed and luxury linen, a choice of pillows and an abundance of towels.
Step outside to the alfresco dining area, complete with a BBQ and induction cooktop, and all the necessary utensils for a delightful outdoor dining experience. Please note, the plunge pool may not be heated during the winter months but you can use our personal sauna at anytime. Get in some putting practice before your game at the stunning Margaret River Golf Club. A very friendly small dog also resides on the premises.
Although we live on the premises your personal privacy is assured.
Margaret River has a great reputation for its multiple venues and activities to offer, from wine and breweries tours to outdoor activities. It has a great selection of restaurants in town (5 mins drive or 20 minutes walk) plus all of the wineries for enjoying your culinary experiences.
Longer stays are recommended to fully enjoy what our region has to offer.

The accommodation was as described and had a very pleasant outdoor area. All the facilities were clean and comfortable. John was very obliging. We had all that we could have wanted and having the outdoor area was a real bonus, specially the swimming pool and eating area.

Lovely place with all we needed. Enjoyed the pool and sauna and the studio was elegant. Although the matress was a little soft to our liking, we still had great sleep in high quality bedding. Although studio is on the same property as the host's house, we never felt like our privacy was being invaded on. They also have a super cute dog! Place is close to Margret River town centre. Lovely romantic get away!

Stayed for 2 nights and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The property has all the amenities one can require, even phone chargers. It was too cold to use the pool but sauna was amazing. Thanks John.

My wife , Joon and I have lived in Margaret River for over 20 years, I’m a retired Master Builder and my wife has a remedial massage studio in town. We both love and enjoy our town and what it has to offer. I get great pleasure in meeting and hosting visitors and providing local knowledge when requested. I am here to as stand make your stay memorable.

I chose this area originally because I was a keen surfer, moved down from Perth and never left. My career was initiated in the building industry and I continued working with my trade. I became a registered professional and ran my own company for my entire life here. My property was my last major project and I have ensure it was completed to my high standards, I would now like to share it with you.
