Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation. The balcony is the best we have ever had. The views from the balcony is gorgeous. The rental was very clean. Short walk to the beach. And your condo is close to the elevators. We would for sure stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean. The elevator was just outside our room. It is close to Pier Park and lots of good eating. Will most definitely stay here again.

Great little getaway!

The unit seems newly renovated and is clean and neat and modern. All brand-new appliances too. The balcony is huge with a fantastic view. We had a great stay!

Just a little get-a-way with friends for the 4th. Condo was so comfy and the views were beautiful. Right on the beach! We could not have allowed for anything more.

Beautiful views. Nice space. Beds were a bit firm and the kitchen chairs had no cushion. Clean. Perfect location right by elevator. Parking was tight.

This condo was great! It had everything we needed and was clean. Main bedroom mattress was comfortable. View was awesome from living room and bedroom! Good location and easy access to beach and pools. Attendants on the beach were extremely helpful, friendly, and kind!! Elevators worked great and never a line or long wait to get one. Parking across the street was easy to access with plenty of spots.

We were very happy with our condo, very clean and had everything we needed. Helen was very responsive. The woman who checked us in on the 4th floor was very pleasant as well. We especially loved the patio furniture it was perfect for sitting out with morning coffee or watching the rain on our last night. We enjoyed the beach chairs and how this end of the beach was a bit less packed.

Wonderful!

Beautiful property, had everything we needed. Air conditioner stopped working one night but was promptly addressed. Balcony furniture was amazing and we spent many comfortable hours out there. Can’t beat the 18th floor view. Very friendly beach chair service made beach time that much more enjoyable. Overall absolutely loved our time here. Thank you!!

Great place - I would stay again.

Very clean, no keys to carry around. A few more towels would of been helpful. Six big towels means more washing. Beach towels would be nice. I forgot to mention the power cord is loose on back of 2 nd bedrooms cable box. Very nice appliances. Decorated very tasteful and the patio is huge and decorated very comfortable. Staff is very nice and beach chair staff are awesome. I would stay again.
