Spacious and comfortable home near wine country!

Great home in a quieter neighborhood. Loved the trails, kids park and grassy areas just around the corner from the property. Great home for a small family. Enjoyed the covered outdoor deck.

Was centrally located for our needs although you certainly need a car to get around for groceries, etc. The walking paths around the property were very nice. We had some climate control issues with the second bedroom. The coffee maker was a small Mr Coffee so we had to make numerous pots each day for the four of us, just glad it wasn't a Keurig!

Lovely Stay

I had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, and it was so conveniently located near a variety of lovely restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. I’m already looking forward to staying again!

This property was the perfect location for us. We utilized the walking trail that is right next to the property. We really appreciated the one floor layout (there are 4 steps to get to the front door) and the size of the property.While we were glad to have off street parking, getting into and out of the spot was a little uncomfortable. The property is just below the crest of a hill and backing on to the street or sitting in the street to back into the spot is a little stressful. Luckily that section of the street isn't as busy as further on.

Great Stay

Cute apartment with great amenities. Its cozy and comfortable and not too far from shopping and tourist attractions. The kitchen is fairly stocked with utensils and dinnerware. A very pleasant stay.

Our stay was so comfortable, and it's such a quiet peaceful neighborhood. The condo was clean, had all the amenities, and was perfect for a working vacation. Would definitely book again.

Great roomy house in a terrific location. Easy to get to Willamette Valley, Portland, and not far from the coast. Neighborhood is quaint with walking trails. Driveway as others have stated is on a semi-busy street with a hill nearby making it tough to see far, but the speed limit is 25 so just have to be mindful of backing out of the driveway. Traffic noise is not much of an issue however the lights from cars can be seen at night through the blinds. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils, just bring your food and condiments. Washer and dryer were a nice addition. Filters and coffee supplied for the small drip coffee maker. Climate control is adequate and fans are available in the closets. Communication from iTrip was fast and courteous.On the downside, we had small black ants in both the bathrooms. Nothing too major and after a couple of days, iTrip dropped off some traps that didn’t seem to help much so we recommended they get pest control out. The house is a bit older so the blinds are still broken in the front room as reported a while back in the reviews (nothing critical) and there’s a bit of a musty smell when you first walk in that you quickly adjust to. Finally some of the electric sockets are older so several don’t hold electronic chargers in the socket well, as they fall out easily.All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Comfortable Home away from Home

This place was so welcoming and warm just like home! The beds and linens are soft and very comfortable. The convenience of having two full bathrooms is such a plus when you have several adults. We will be back and can’t wait to stay here again!

All the comforts of home

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, fully equipped, and carefully managed property. Perfect for a family with children. The location is great, with a playground and lovely nature walks just a few steps away.
