The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Comfy beds, great kitchen, spacious. Excellent communication with agent, prompt response. Great location, too. Pricey, but it’s downtown Chicago!! I’d definitely recommend?

Laura, comfortable beds and a kitchen that actually works for cooking are the details that make a longer stay feel like home, and downtown Chicago right outside the door doesn't hurt. Whenever the city calls you back, we'd be glad to have you.

The location is excellent - close to Grant park, Michigan Avenue and all the amenities they provide. Transportation on the CTA is close by and easy to use to go just about anywhere you like. The accommodations were very nice, and the Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

Jo, being steps from Grant Park and Michigan Avenue with the CTA right there really does open up the whole city, so hearing that combination worked well for your trip is great. The spot tends to suit people who want to explore without overthinking logistics. Hope you get that return visit.

Rooftop is still closed which was a big disappointment, however we at least were informed of this before our actual arrival so at least the communication was good. Area was perfect. Walkable to dozens of bars and restaurants, the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and Millen Pk. Views were beautiful and AC worked excellent. Would love to come back when that rooftop finally opens. Staff was super courteous. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Everything was great. From the helpful staff at the front desk, to the great space we stayed in. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted. Could not recommend a better option for staying in downtown Chicago with a family. Really made celebrating the holiday special, and can’t thank the host enough.

Great location! Walkable to many places. Apartment was clean and the right size for the 8 of us. There were a few things that could use some attention like, the faucets were all loose, the air conditioner didn't seem work (it was really hot even though both thermostats were on 65 and cool), the pull out couch is not suitable\comfortable for 2 adults and there didn't appear to be any real security (we were able to walk into the building and glass doors to elevators without using the provided fobs). Still a great place and location, would stay again if we ever come back to Chicago.

The property is in an excellent location in the heart of downtown with eating, shopping, transit and entertainment options literally on the doorstep. The only reason we didn’t rate the property as excellent was that the one elevator to the floor was occasionally and randomly out of service meaning we had to take a different elecator to another floor and then use the stairs. Overall though, a great place to stay.

Spacious, clean, quiet apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Had the local grocery store drop off essentials to our apartment as soon as we got there. Plenty of great restaurants, nightlife, shopping, museums and parks easily accessible by either walking or taking public transportation if you wish. The train from the airport drops you off within a couple minute walk from the front door. Met family here for a short vacation and we will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chicago.

This is a great place to stay, conveniently located to many of the sites that visitors want to visit. Interesting restaurants, coffee, shops, cafés, rooftop bars, etc. are fun to explore and nearby. The apartment was comfortable and very roomy. We ate most meals out or got takeout as the kitchen equipment was adequate but not set up for involved cooking. We loved the views from the windows!
