En Ă©tĂ©, il s’agit d’une promenade de 7 pĂątĂ©s de maisons qui descend directement dans la rue menant Ă  Wrigley Field. 1 bloc de marche Ă  Brown Line 'L' Train qui peut vous rendre n'importe oĂč dans la ville.

Our group had a fantastic time here. It was a lovely walk to Wrigley. And there are tons of bars, restaurants, cafes in the neighborhood with quick access to the Brown line.

Great stay

This property was perfect for the size of our family and was a perfect location for what we did. It's walkable to Wrigley Field and very close to a train station. It made it very convenient for us to spend a couple of days going to a ball game and going downtown. The stairs might be slightly tricky for older people but overall a great stay!

The location and home were perfect for our group going to Wrigley for a concert. We were so happy with how easy everything was! Not only was the location wonderful, but the beds, pillows, towels, and everything else we needed were plentiful. Thank you for making our experience special!

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The layout was spacious and worked perfectly for our group of 10 adults—plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out. The home was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming with easy access to public transportation, which made getting around simple. Overall, a 10/10 stay—we really enjoyed our time and would definitely book again!

Phenomenal Chicago Long Weekend for 10

We hosted my bachelorette weekend here and had the most amazing stay. Dustin was sooo accommodating with early arrivals and late departures. The house was darling, so clean and enough beds to sleep far more than the 10 we brought! All of the rooms were super comfortable and the location was so accessible. Huge thanks to Dustin for making our weekend so special!!

Mother-daughter weekend

Our stay was amazing! We were able to check in earlier than expected, it was very clean and this was in the perfect location for all of our nearby activities! I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place in the Lincoln park/Lakeview area

Good place, 2.5 rooms

Had a great weekend tons of space at the Vrbo. Felt somewhat misled when I arrived at the place considering listing said it could fit up to 20 but there are only 2 real bedrooms (4 beds, 3 cots). We had 10 so it worked out but I wouldn’t push it past that. Good location. Walked everywhere including Wrigley Field for Cubs game.

Brilliant Property!

This was the perfect stay for our family while we were in town for our daughter's graduation. The house was plenty big to accommodate our group, and the location is excellent. The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. It was one of our best VRBO experiences yet.

Wonderful home just as described

This property is clean, spacious and well appointed. It was better than the photos, and in an excellent location. It was very nice to have a parking space in the garage as well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Space in a Walkable Neighborhood

The location was very convenient! We were able to walk to many stores and more activities in the heart of Chicago were only a bit further with public transit or a cab. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking food for our group and we found the beds, bathrooms, and lounging spaces as expected in the unit. Despite listing wheelchair accessibility, the stairs between the upper and lower levels were narrower and steeper than expected, making it difficult to reach any of the bedrooms, none of which were on the ground floor. Additionally, the heating seemed to be scheduled at about 60 degrees and had to be regularly brought back up to a more regular temperature after its programming reset it upon timeout.

Great place in Chicago

We loved our stay at this place! Owner was very easy to work with and very responsive! We came in for a football game at Wrigleyfield. The listing says 7 blocks to the field - be aware it is 7 long blocks. It's definitely walkable, but not as close as we had thought. It was about a 20 min walk to Wrigley. Also - two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and are separated by a curtain - it works fine for relatives or good friends, but just know there is not much privacy for those two rooms. All in all, we loved the place - the downstairs area is great for hanging out! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place but advertisement made it look bigger than it is

Overall our stay was great except for arriving at the house and realizing only 10 guests would have actual beds to sleep in. We did manage to make do with the floor mattresses and rollaway cots but didn’t feel it fit what was advertised.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This checked all of the boxes for us. The neighborhood is great, were close to great restaurants and nightlife. Super close to Wrigley Field and public transportation. We literally looked for 2 years before finding this gem!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You have the whole place to yourself and do not have to worry about neighbors, etc. This unit also has 2 entertainment areas (with huge TV's) and 3 full bathrooms!
