If I was up this way again, this would be the first place I would look to book. This property was fantastic! Large, spacious, clean, well appointed. The photos really don’t do it justice. We had 2 teenagers who appreciated the space. The location is close to the beaches and the activity but far enough away to be quiet and not in the crush of it all. Host was easy to communicate with and check in was so smooth.

Lovely place, very neat, tidy and spacious with plenty of room for a large group of needed. Good location in proximity to the beach and shops. Would certainly recommend.

Lovely spot

Corban Villas is a great spot for a family stay at Caloundra! Easy walk to Kings, Shelly, or Moffat beaches, and a short drive anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Happy with the property which has been given a make-over recently. Big lounge and kitchen.Would be excellent if the rear windows were overhauled. Tastefully decorated.Note: The bath is quite high and a bit dangerous for us ‘mature’ visitors.Short drive to shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches .We enjoyed our stay.

We think a little bit more maintenance would be nice . Rear door doesn’t work properly. The wc dual plunger doesn’t work properly. Stepping into the big bathtub to have a shower was dangerous , the tv in the main bedroom is not set up properly. The knives were so blunt. The hot plates were not easy to use. No garage for our car was disappointing. Loved the living room and outdoor area with the bbq. Perfect.

Perfect for local family to come and go walking distance to beaches, backyard ideal for puppy who is a digger and did not get out. The property manager was accessible at all times, super friendly providing a little welcome pack, would recommend to all especially low frills families. #1 Spot

Excellent unit and very dog friendly

Extremely clean unit in great position. Fully enclosed yard for my dog was a big plus. Lovely layout with a fantastic front patio. Easy check-in. Would highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful, affordable villa

This was a lovely and affordable stay in a good location, a 10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is well-maintained and had some lovely touches in the welcome pack. We did have some issues with ants and the keys getting stuck in the lock, but these were relatively minor.

Christmas Break

From booking to checkout everything was seamless and as advertised. The property is in a lovely neighborhood within easy walking distance of several beaches (Kings beach was our favorite, be sure to check out Mets lifesavers club). The property had everything needed for a stay as long as you want, we could have 'survived' there for months quite happily. It is spacious, bright and comfortable. The highlight for us was sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the flying foxes come out. 10/10 would visit again.

Awesome place to stay loved it

Great location, loved the open living, walking distance to places to eat, play ground bbq areas and the beach. We had everything we needed at the house. The weather during our stay was pouring down with rain but there was a lot to at the villa, my boys loved basketball ring outside, the many board games around the place to keep them occupied as they didn't want to go outside whilst it was raining, loved been able to bbq on the veranda sipping on the glass of wine. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay in the near future
