This gorgeous Penthouse apartment with rooftop deck & spa and stunning Hinterland, Ocean and River views is your holiday destination heaven.

Consisting of 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, 3 balconies plus a fabulous rooftop deck with spa, this complex is in one of the most sought after locations in Noosa. Stunning kitchen with stone benchtops and beautifully furnished. Capturing beautiful breezes and stunning sunsets, you won’t want to leave. It is within walking distance to Hastings Street, Noosa National Park and Noosa Junction, so you will be spoilt for choice. The complex has a heated pool, spa and sauna and undercover secure parking for 2 vehicles.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, toilet paper, detergents, etc (a starter pack to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may be purchased from local supermarkets.

• Weddings, parties, functions, schoolies and pets are not permitted.
• This property and complex is non-smoking
• In keeping with the residential area governance of the Noosa Council, no noise after 10pm

Good apartment poor service

Apartment is in good location within a few minutes walk of Hastings Street. It is spacious and well furnished. Upstairs balcony had not been cleaned and covered in large spiders. While there major maintenance to the roof with extreme noise. They should have not taken our booking or offered alternative accommodation. Agents response was basically to shrug their shoulders and say it wasn’t their fault. However it wasn’t ours either. Asked for a discount but no reply. It says it all about their attitude towards guests so be warned.

I'm glad that you enjoyed the apartment and found it well furnished in a great location. Nature is tricky, the rooftop deck is cleaned on a regular basis before and after guest stays, however the spiders whom have chosen the deck as their home will not be deterred by their web being cleaned away they will have spun a new one in the same spot in a short space of time. One of the lovely things about the apartment is being next to the natural bush and unfortunately nature does not always stay there. Had you informed us of this at the time we would have happily had our housekeeping team address this for you. There are instances where maintenance work will be happening in or around your accommodation that is out of our control. In this instance to make matters worse we were not notified until the day of the scheduled works that it would be happening. We notified you as soon as we were made aware of the works and again reached out to you via email after you had made us aware of the disruption to your stay. Fortunately the tradespersons don't work over the Friday evening of your arrival and the weekend you were staying with us.
