Les condos Spinnaker sont bien connus pour leur accès facile à l'eau et leur excellent emplacement central. Maintenant, avec le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn à seulement quelques centaines de mètres, leur attrait en tant que destination de vacances ne fait que croître. Lorsque vous n'aimez pas les fonctionnalités complexes, y compris une belle piscine, un bain à remous et une terrasse, vous pouvez vous aventurer sur une ou deux rues et trouver de nombreuses possibilités de shopping et de restauration. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à vous enfoncer les orteils dans le sable, il vous suffit de prendre rapidement 2 minutes en voiture jusqu'à la plage et vous y êtes.

INTÉRIEUR
À l'intérieur, vous trouverez une variété infinie d'électroménagers haut de gamme et des fonctionnalités remodelées qui laisseront chaque client satisfait. Pas dans les appareils de fantaisie, alors vous pouvez simplement vous asseoir sur votre balcon et profiter du soleil et d'une superbe vue sur le front de mer. N'oubliez pas non plus votre bateau, vous avez votre propre fiche de bateau réservée à l'arrière. Après une longue journée de pêche, vous pouvez préparer les prises de la journée dans l'une des grillades complexes disponibles, puis vous asseoir tous les jours pour un bon dîner. Après le dîner, vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter du jeu sur le grand téléviseur à écran plat et si vous êtes ici l'un des rares jours froids que nous avons, vous pouvez allumer la flamme artificielle dans la cheminée. Après une longue journée à l'extérieur, vous grimperez dans le lit king-size confortable dans la chambre principale et vos invités profiteront du lit queen-size dans la chambre d'hôtes. Deux personnes supplémentaires peuvent dormir sur le canapé-lit pleine grandeur dans le salon.
Si vous cherchez à vous évader sur la côte tout en profitant des équipements modernes que vous aimez chez vous, ne cherchez pas plus loin que ce condo 2/2 connu sous le nom de Island Time.

Very nice condo, a very enjoyable stay.

The fishing in the backyard was good, comdo was clean, check in process easy, condo layout was nice the bed was extra comfy with memory foam loved everything

Wonderful

The condo was clean, comfy, and relaxing. There were games stocked inside for us to play. The kitchen was great. Loved being on the canal. The master bed was very comfy. We plan on coming back!

Check in and check out was smooth. There were some significant water damage issues and smelled musty upon interest. There was a dehumidifier there, which we had to empty twice a day. The location was great, easy access to the Main Street and close to the beaches. The bed in the master bedroom is broken and we had to have maintenance out about the electrical. Someone did come out quickly each time we called. Overall the place was pretty. The leak upstairs needs to be addressed and the bed needs to be replaced.

Great Getaway Spot!

The condo had everything we needed! We cooked dinners and enjoyed time in the cozy living room! Close to our friends home and the beach!! Will definitely return!

Cozy and affordable to family of 5!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy. Stocked with games for family game night, a great view and we had a blast at the pool as well. Great location near lots of restaurants and very affordable! 10/10 recommend!!!

Family getaway

Space was nicely decorated and kitchen was well setup with dishes and appliances. This was perfect as we made all meals there. We visited the pool several times and fished off the dock. Made for a good time for all ages. Would recommend staying here if you're looking in the area.

Perfect place/ Perfect Location

The condo was clean, cozy, nice cold A/c and hot showers. Had a pier to go fishing off of. Close to everything (beach and restaurants & souvenir shops) great place for a getaway. Would book again.

Great place. Very clean. Kids loved their room. Master bed was incredibly soft. I usually toss and turn from side to side. But was able to sleep on my back and not move. Parking was directly in front. Was able to fish out back. We spend a lot of time on padre island. And this was close local spots.

Suggestions on improvements The showerhead in the master bathroom was in adequate. The showerhead in the second bathroom was good. It would be nice to have beach towels to use when we went to the beach. The home was lovely. The home gave our family of four plenty of space to stretch out and not feel like we were on top of each other

Bay Fishing Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful stay at this condo over the weekend. The previous issues with the air conditioner and flooring have clearly been addressed, as both were in excellent condition during my stay. The location was perfect for a fishing excursion. The guide picked us up just a few minutes down the road at Pier 37 and we had a fantastic time catching our limit of redfish and black drum. The staff at the condo were also extremely friendly and helpful, making for a truly enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation spot. Five stars!

“Not Worth the Money – Misleading and Poor Communication”

We had a really disappointing experience with this rental, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend it.We spent over 2,000 on this trip—including 700 for this condo—specifically because of the advertised boat slip. We hauled our 21ft boat all the way from San Antonio and even rushed repairs just to have it ready. But when we arrived, we found the slip completely unusable. There’s a submerged 4x4 post cut below the waterline and covered in algae—it’s clearly been there a long time. No average-sized boat could use this slip safely, and yet it’s still being advertised as available.We never even received info about the boat ramp. On check-in day, I had to send a message just to get the code and basic details after 4pm.Inside the condo, the flooring was uneven throughout the hallway, which felt like a fall risk, especially for kids or older guests. There was also a strange, stuffy, unpleasant smell inside the unit that made it uncomfortable.What’s most frustrating is that the owner never took real responsibility for the boat slip issue—just gave a half-hearted apology and brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. For us, it was the whole reason we chose this place.If you’re looking for a place with a usable boat slip or a stress-free experience, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Condo was good for a quick trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had perfect location. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with property managers was easy. The reserved boat slip was a plus. There were plenty of towels . Every thing we needed was there. It was well stocked. The only down side was the floor was coming apart and was duct tapped back together. There were loose tiles on the floor (taped in place) that were a tripping hazard. This condo has been renovated, but I was shocked at how poor the floor was. I would probably not stay here again due to the floor.

Lovely, convenient and well-equipped rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was very good. The property was convenient to the beach, clean, beautifully decorated and included everything we needed. Check-in/out was a breeze. We stayed during the week and it was very quiet. There were a couple of minor things that we noticed that we didn't care for but didn't really ruin our trip. First was the oven, it was glitchy and didn't properly cook. We noticed that the oven light went on and off, so we think there may be a short. Second was the dishwasher door, watch your shins and feet because it just falls when you open it. There was a lot of difficulty using the TV, the directions left did not apply so we ended up logging in to our own streaming accounts just to watch basic television. Additionally the floor is noticeably unlevel in several places, so be careful if you are a little unsure on your feet.

Island Time 3 month stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice property, nice appliances,good balcony, with a few exceptions. 1. Flooring was terrible. Where pieces had lifted up they were put down with duct tape. Would not clean well. 2. Bathtub/shower combinations looked cool, but were very difficult to stand in. Bottom was curved so they had very little flat surface on which to stand. 3. If you like a bed with a VERY soft mattress you will love the master bedroom. 4.The TV in living room would go off every hour or so and had to be restarted, got to be quite annoying. 5,We also ended up with a rodent problem. Owner and Padre Escapes were immediately working on the problem and did everything they could to rectify the situation. I stated that I would not recommend staying in this property. To clarify, if flooring changed, and if I was assured there had not been a mouse or rat siting, I would probably tell them it was OK. I will say that everyone at Padre Escapes was so professional and helpful I would most certainly recommend renting any unit they represent. Any problem was met with immediate service. You really can't ask for more.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start out by saying the condo itself was not bad. The management company was rude and disrespectful and the unit was not cleaned appropriately twice.Found chips and crumbs under kitchen table.Feet felt grimy after walking around, feet were black after a while.Called management company and they tried to make excuses.They sent someone to clean floors while we were at the beach. When returning floors in living room felt much cleaner but then I found trash that was not ours on the floor of the bathroom. (Clothing tags and gum wrapper)Called management company again and the manager I spoke with argued with me about how he thought it was clean and was reluctant to come back and make it right. He finally gave in after arguing with me for a while. Very rude and disrespectful.After this floors were finally clean but then I found a trash pale that wasn’t taken out that was filled with trash that was not ours. Didn’t call back, what was the use. DVD player and set up was not user friendly. Like I said, condo was cute but would never stay again because of management company.
