COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTAIRE
Le Great Waterfront Escape est le condo idéal au deuxième étage pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter des voies navigables de Padre Island, visiter le nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn ou tout simplement s’évader et profiter de la vie côtière. Vous apprécierez d'être à un kilomètre de la plage et d'avoir un accès facile à tout ce que l'île a à offrir. Vous êtes à seulement 15 minutes de Padre Island National Seashore et du parc d'État de Mustang Island, ainsi qu'à quelques pas des restaurants et des magasins locaux. Si vous souhaitez vous rendre en ville, il vous suffira d'un court trajet en voiture pour franchir le pont. Vous pourrez faire du shopping dans les centres commerciaux locaux, visiter le Texas State Aquarium et l'USS Lexington. Mais vous ne voudrez peut-être jamais quitter ce complexe de condos.
Le complexe est situé au bord de l’eau et dispose d’un très bel espace piscine avec une piscine de bonne taille, un bain à remous et une grande terrasse pour bronzer, pêcher ou simplement se détendre et profiter de votre boisson préférée des vacances.

INTÉRIEUR
Ce condo au deuxième étage sur deux étages peut accueillir confortablement six personnes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Si vous apportez votre bateau, vous avez un bordereau de bateau désigné juste en dessous de votre balcon privé. Il y a aussi une entrée privée à cette unité qui est �� quelques pas de votre place de stationnement désignée. Vous apprécierez également d'être adjacent à la piscine, au bain à remous et au quai de pêche. Ce condo est livré avec WiFi gratuit!

Les draps pour chaque lit et les serviettes de bain pour chaque invité sont fournis. Un séjour minimum de deux nuits est requis. Les invités contractants de Padre Escapes doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus. L’invité doit posséder un permis de conduire ou une autre pièce d'identité acceptable. Animaux interdits.

This property is clean and has the essentials. It does not provide any "extras", so exactly 6 towels, no extra bedding (thin blankets), no coffee filters, etc. There were a few issues at the property when we arrived, and the management company was quick to fix them. We loved the deck overlooking the pool and canal. The pool and hot tub were nice, and we liked that they were on the deck by the water. Great location with quick driving access to the beach. This is an older property that could use some updates, but for the price and location it is a winner!

Padre Escapes kept you in the loop if there were incidents such as wifi down etc. Everything was great. Only thing I would recommend is the main floor carpet should be shampooed. Had a quiet relaxing 2 month vacay.

Don’t not use this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was dirty and not taking care of, the downstairs shower leaks while running, lights upstairs don’t work in one room, the stairs leading up the front door are a huge safety hazard as the wood isn’t even nailed in and you can easily fall through (lawsuit), AC was broken but they still sent out a guy and had them “fix it” then later admitting to us on the phone that the AC unit is beyond repair. We received a portable ac unit that did absolutely nothing for the heat in the place then they gave us another one within two days the until was only down to 80 degrees downstairs and 89 upstairs. Opened the pull out couch as we could t sleep in the heat upstairs and bugs ran out of it. Asked to be reimbursed so we could move to another location and they said we couldn’t do anything until Monday, that’s the day we checked out. This was far from a pleasant vacation and we are still waiting on padre escapes to make it right.

A clean, nice location for your getaway!

The beds are comfortable, plenty of closet space, kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare meals, the bathrooms are roomy, the living room is comfortable with a nice deck for relaxing and watching the boats on the canal. The walks around the neighborhood were nice and you can walk to several stores or ride your bikes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can’t say enough about Pradre Escapes. They helped me find something at the last minute. Answered every call and text quickly. They were very courteous, professional and helpful. The condo we stayed in was fine, beds were comfortable, kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in. It was also in a good location. Only a few complaints that could be easily addressed. First the bathrooms should be cleaner, the refrigerator wasn’t thawed and cleaned. The other complaint is a personal preference. There was one tv in living area. I would always choose a condo with TVs in the bedrooms. One last thing, could have better towels. These were similar to towels you would expect at motel 6. Other than that I would stay here again. I do recommend this condo but I will always try to book through Pradre Escapes.

Family time

We loved the place, it was clean and organized, with everything needed to make our stay comfortable, beautiful view. Easy access to the swimming pool. Just one thing I recommend, at least for our type of family or more than two adults with kids, to place TVs in the rooms, we only had one TV in the living room.

Padre waterfront adventure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have to be honest and say that this was an excellent location for our great escape to the Padre Island/Corpus Christi area. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made our escape, with another couple, very comfortable. The wrap around deck was ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails and the overall proximity to the pool and hot tub was perfect.We had only one small issue and a quick call to Padre Isaland Escapes and it was rectified. Overall I give this location a full thumbs up for couples and families for their adventures to the area.

Save yourself the headache!

Nice location - unit needs improvement

Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was ok - the unit itself needs help The kitchen drain smelt like fish, one of the chairs at the dining table has a broken wheel - my daughter sat in the chair and moved it and fell on the floor - there were 2 red stains over by the couch - my husband kept on getting bites while stirring on the couch - the stairs need to be updated they are weathered The unit overall needs to be updated and painted more neutral colors and new living furniture as it looks a bit old / stained

Great place to stay!

My only complaint is that the dryer took forever to dry clothes, and the dishwasher didn’t start. But that’s a small detail in an otherwise great vacation.

Nice Condo short drive from the beach

There were several nights that a group of 14/15 year olds spent hours yelling and diving off the dock by the pool. (Well past 11pm) I have no issues with people being in the pool past 11, but would have been nice if they had been supervised by some adults to keep down the noise. Our condo was very nice and clean.

Small fixes overall great

Great location. Unit needs some updating. Place was Clea ish when we got here. Previous people left a bra under the bed, upstairs bathroom doesn't drain water well at all. I'd suggest adding black out curtains for people who want to sleep in Great location to the beach!!! We had a great time overall.
